Autorickshaw — Demanding excess fare, on denial, followed me home.

This is regarding an auto driver ( auto reg no: KA 02 C 6323).
I took an auto from Mount Carmel College, Vasanthnagar upto Vignanagar(inside BEML gate). The auto driver demanded for Rs. 150, I said the meter comes only to Rs 127 and did not accept. He then said he will put the meter. I agreed and got into the auto.
Only on the Cambridge road, near Frank Anthony Public School did I realise that his meter was not working. I told him so. He then said, " You pay me how much ever the meter normally comes upto". I agreed and we continued. After reaching the destination, he demanded for Rs. 150, I gave him Rs 130 and said this was how much it normally come to. He said he did not want the money and started following me home.
I tried calling the police station and they are not helping. I don't know what to do.
Please reply to me as soon as possible.

In Spite of this Autorickshaws creating all Sorts of Nuisance in Bangalore, People have been still using Black & Yellow Monster for Traveling. First of all People should stop Traveling by Autorickshaw but still there are Several People in Bangalore who just keep Using Autorickshaws & then Telling Complaints (Excess Meter Fare, Cheating, Demanding Excess Money Fare, Refusing to Ply, Belching Smoke, Creating Noise Pollution & Even Violating all Traffic Rules, In spite of all these Several People in Bangalore have been using Autorickshaws for Commuting & Traveling. I suggest People to Avoid using Autorickshaws. They should Suffer Severe Loss, Then these ****ing ****ards will Understand, Instead People in Bangalore have been using Autorickshaws & even paying Excess Money Fares to them.
I don't Understand Who are the Great People in Bangalore who have been using Autorickshaws Black & Yellow Monster Dinosaur ?????????? Aren't there any Other Modes of Transport (Bmtc Volvos & Bmtc buses have good network)
