Dear Sir, Till now the A/C of NRE & NRO.(NRI) is not opened after i have entered all information on net & this is reference no...[protected]... i have send my all documents of visa...& passport also...after that also till now not opened the A/C. Please take necessary action...& revert to me...

    This is with regards to the transaction done from Debit card on 16/07/2008, My Name is A.Mumthaz Ahmed Khan, i am an Existing customer of your Bank .my Accouunt is [protected], Card No is [protected].Branch Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore.On 16/07/08, i have tried doing trasaction through my Debit card at ATM which is locate at Jayanagar 7th Block., at 9.30 pm i entered the PIN and requested for mini statement.the process was very late made me to wait for 7 to 8 minutes the i receive the mini satatement.the amount in my account was Rs.36626.60/-.

    when i again tried for the second time i entered Rs.20000/-.again the process was very late made me to wait for 6 to 7 minutes.and i saw the display that Transaction cancelled.the card was ejected.

    then after some time again i tried to withdraw money at other ATM of AXIS.at R.V.Road Basavanagudi
    i entered for 20000/- it was asking for lesser amount.Then i have withdrawn Rs.5000/-.when i received the receipt i found that 20000/- transaction which was cancelled debited from my account.

    i am very much worried.kindly help me out with this problem.ASAP.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I SRINIVAS GUTTI, have applied for Home Loan and the same got sanctioned and the Loan A/c No: PH[protected], but no amounts has released yet.

      Surprisingly there is a transaction that shows "Inward Clg Chq:17901 Return Chrg" for an amount INR 394.00. Can Axis Bank explain why and what this is for? I know one thing this cheque is named to "Axis Bank Power Home Loan".

      Even I didn't received any statement of monthly deductions which are going to happen from my account.

      First thing is that without any disbursement of amount how can you AXIX Bank people start putting the cheques? And I gave blank cheques as we don't have any information how much amount is going to be disbursed in the first month. So how can I know that Axis Bank is going to place my cheque in such a date with such an amount.

      When I try to contact the Customer Care - Home Loans Section : 66905600/01/02/03 or[protected] there is no one to answer to my question rather they transfer my call to some one and am keep on waiting.

      But I contacted the Axis Bank Customer Care they mentioned cheque for an amount of Rs.12689/- has presented on 26th May 2008 and the same was returned since insufficient funds. How can they present a cheque without any intimation or letter or notice.

      So I request Axis Bank should give clarity on this issue, as this is first time in my life of 10 years service a cheque is bounced/returned.

      This is very serious concern for me.

      I deposited 80, 000/= as prepayment of my home loan, they did not adjust it since june, on their saying i have also send an email to them with a request to adjust the amout as repayment to my pricipal amount. Customer care service of Axis Bank is worst among other banks in this aspect, no proper response from my parent branch asaf ali road, delhi on this, though i have communicated to their officials 15 times since i deposted teh amount. I had contacted the parent branch once in a week with response that it would be adjusted and you will receive the letter in 2-3 days. Its customer care never provide complaint no. to my complaint, every time new person comes on phone and say no request is put up from your side in this respect. I found this bank is not prepared to handle home loan cases, every time you need to contact to your parent branch for any clarification on your loan, you cant get clarification from the nearest branch as their branches are not networked here in delhi.
      Please login to RBI website and file a complaint against them. RBI has full authority and they are very prompt dealing with these cases. Also, share your experience.

      I the under signed, Dr.Ajay Singh Bhambari, had availed Housing loan delivered on 30/11/09 for property on my wife's name (Dr. Vandana Bhambari) agreement no. PH[protected].
      I (Dr. Ajay) was applicant & my wife Dr. Vandana was co-applicant, both o[censored]s were relised for the loan amount the payment of which was done by Axis Bank on 28/11/09
      This is to inform your that the co-applicant Dr.Vandana Bhambari is no more. she expired on 09/12/09. kindly intemates the further protocol required to claim insurance, which we have taken at the time of loan.

        ATM Withdrawal problem

        I am holder of ATM card of Saraswat Bank, which is having tie up with AXIS bank. I tried to withdraw Rs. 1000/- on[protected] from AXIS bank ATM located at Nalla Sopara (W), but got "request timed out" message. When written application submitted to my bank, after more than one month time, I got the information from my bank that in AXIS bank record it's showing as money withdrawn.

        I request all of you to ask...

        I came to know that my Axis bank credit card (no. xxxx 4936)has been returned back to you due to non availability in my residence address because i was in vacation. Kindly make arrangements to resent the same to me with the same address.

        I applied for credit card on jan1st and was told i will get it in 15 days. Feb 5th i recieved confirmation with reference number- 1076805. But till now i dint recieve my card. I dint get any response when i called the bank
        I have applied for silver credit card. My application no.1198726 date 18/02/2008 .I have not got credit card yet.

        i would like to know application status .

        Axis Bank Credit Card department's local person contacted me and told me that if you are existing customer of HDFC Gold Credit card then you are able for Axis Bank C.Card so apply for that also., so as a HDFC C.Card holder I applied for Axis Bank Credit Card one month ago...I received verification call also, after one month i got msg in my mobile that YOUR CREDIT CARD APPLICATION FOR VISA GOLD WITH REF # 1444816 HAS BEEN DECLINDE.WE HOPE TO SERVE YOU IN FUTURE. now what he will serve i don't know.

        i want to complain about this matter is there any option?

          I had applied for Credit Card & got a card. But till date in absence of any necessity I have not even broken the seal of envelop.
          But today I received a bill No.[protected] of credit card no.[protected] for Rs. 1292.14. I am shocked that how this figure/bill arrived.
          If this is your bank's policy to exploit to customer, I am feared o[censored]sing Axis bank facilities.

            Mr. CCO,
            I am Avik SenGupta. Presently residing in Japan. I am spellbound with your customer service. What a way! I have an account in your bank at Dunlop Branch of Kolkata, West-Bengal. Details are given below--

            After submitting full information of my Visa, I always got disturbing mail or phone calls to my home in Kolkata saying that this persons visa is expired. But till date I have a valid visa and I have not ever extend my visa. Due to this irritating behavior I made a decision to close my account.
            I went to India on 25th January of this year. On 9th February I went to your famous Bank and much more famous branch to close my account. Middle person(Fair complexion, 25-30 years, with specs) of three person on front row had guided me to my smooth destination!!! When I told him I want to close my account he told me "OK. Just issue a check or use your Debit card and take all the money". So, I took my "value less" money by debit card leaving a amount of Rs- 43/- as this amount can not be drawn by card.
            Today, they have issued a mail that I have Rs- 900/- credit. When my old father went to that worthless bank, the same person sitting on the same position told him, "I don't know who told this("Mujhe maloom nehi kisne kaha hoga")!!! But you have to keep at least Rs- 5000/- in account otherwise you will have to pay fine".
            OK, no problem. This might be your rule. I am a customer. Your duty is to guide your customer to right direction, but not to a wrong direction by telling them the half fact. My present account is a joint account with my mother. Now that person told me that I have to produce an application that I want to close my account. I have to send it from Japan. Longer time it takes, much more money will be added to your bank. Application only from my mother is not sufficient. All these are rules. Fine. No problem. But you should make it clear to your customer specially like me who are away from country.
            Probably you could not make a solution to this case. If I am lucky enough I will get a "Sorry" mail from your side. Thats all. If you can't handle International customer stop all the nonsense in the name of NRE service. I will tell all of my friends that please dont go for Axis Bank or please go for that if you want to know how much a customer service can be WORST.
            Now Mr. CCO, convey this message with me, "Please dont come to Axis Bank. It serves only harassment!!!"

            new debit card — bank people not responding

            this is to inform u that i am a employee of Domino's pizza (I) Ltd. in 24 the mall shimla and have an salary account in your bank(HDFC).before 20 days i got my debit card but when i was gone to the ATM that card was not working.then i complain regarding this to bank people. they told me that there is some technical problem in debit card so you have to surrender this card and fill another form.At that day i have filled the form regarding the new debit card.After then i was waiting for my debit card but still i have not recieved. on 05/12/07 i gone to the shimla hdfc branch and there was no person at enquiry counter. i asked one of the bank person(mr. ankush) about my related problem.he answered me very rudely then i asked about the branch manager(Mr.deep Pathak) but that guy told me that there is no manager working in this branch, we all are manager.he treating me as an illiterate person.I never expect this kind of nonsence behaviour from hdfc bank imployee.

            I am Shashidhara.V. I HAD SUBMITTED A DD ON 03/02/2008 IN MALLESHWARAM BRANCH BANGALORE, WHERE THE BANK EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN NEXT DAY.

            BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED AND I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON 03/06/2008, SHE TOLD THAT THE AMOUNT IS IN FLOATING STATUS AND IT WILL BE CREDITED BY 07 OR 08.

            IF I CALL THE CSR THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND GIVING JUST CANNED ANSWER WHICH ARE THOUGHT BY AXIS BANK.


            AT LAST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE AFTER I WILL NOT USE AXIS BANK AND I WILL LET ALL KNOW ABOUT THIS.

            Axis bank is not maintaining the ATM machines properly and I have done transaction on 6th of may at Moula-Ali ATM and I have not received my money(Rs 1000) from the ATM. So I called the customer care dept and made complaint and CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT, ATM CELL DEPT are telling it is perfect transaction and no one is not taking care of it and I haven't look such type of service from any other international bank.


            I'm still struggling like any thing calling customer care dept and went to the nearest branch "A S RAO NAGAR" Branch and The manager MR. SATYANARAYANA said he will get back to me and Asst Manager MR HEMANTH KUMAR not even is not responding for any complaint

            This is tell everybody that AXIS BANK is not at all working properly to help their customers

            Axis Bank — Poor Service

            I had visited to the axis bank to get a DD. I gave the cheque and application form. Eventhough I am the priority account holder, i was waited for more than two hours. They didn't take care about my application. I felt very bad about axis bank service.

            Axis Bank Credit Card — Its worst customer service

            Before taking Axis Bank Credit card, i visit so many forums and find that its service is not good even my frds also suggest me not to take its card but i was thinking that after UTI, Axis bank will handle it properly but only name changes, performance is still same, even get worst.

            I am giving this information because i don't want anyone to be mentally tortured like me.

            I can say simply that axis bank is giving worst service. If bank will go in the same manner, very soon it will lose its most of the customer.
            Almost all the bank give facility to apply for BT over the phone and after 3 or 4 days customer receive its DD, but in Axis … it check all the patience of customer.

            First time, for BT, I send a form on 9th of April and from customer service, I get this information that they don't receive it so I asked to send it again,

            Second time, I send it on 23rd of April, now they told me that ur total credit limit of other bank is not mentioned in the card statement that is simply impossible as we all know that in every card statement, credit limit is very clearly mentioned, fine again I asked to send all the documents .

            Third time, I send it on 5th of May, and after 18 days, on 23rd of May, I receive a SMS that a DD has been dispatched to me, I was happy that after getting such a great pain, finally I will receive BT DD but sooner my expectations of getting DD turns into bad dream. When I don't receive it, I call on 28th of May, no proper feedback was received. Finally I give a complain on 9th of June and again no reply. Finally on 24th of June, I receive a mail that my DD has been returned and cancelled so I need to send all documents again.
            Dear sir,
            I have sent my BRF form with dully filled and send back to you on 14.04.2008 but till date I have not recieved any call from TLC. I hope this is the false commitment from your end. Please look into the matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

            sir from my saving account nearly 800 rs are deducted ...pls give me the reason so much account you are deducted at once this is worst if it is valid. My transaction is pending due to this.

            Axis Bank — VERY DIRTY SERVICE

            I am MANOJ MANE using the credit card of this bank but to be honest the service is very bad
            customer serviceis busy charging extra on every statment. never issue the statement on time
            I agree completely. I had taken Car loan with them, but they never issued statement, neither contacted me. Only I come to know about In-Force loan when my account gets depleted by EMI
            I also experienced the same with Axis bank, Sec-7 Faridabad branch for their poor services.

[protected] in TELIBANDHA Branch RAIPUR(CG), and rightnow i m in SIDHI (MP) and here i submitted a cheque of amounting Rs.14, 600approx of STATE BANK OF INDIA which was payable at delhi(out of station), on date31/03/09, at the time of depositing of cheque ur officer told me it will be cleared wihin 10days, but till today(17/04/09) there is no response from ur side. n when i went again ur officer told me u r not my costumer and u cant make any quarry from us i[censored] wanna ask anyting then go to ur bank not here, tell me how it is possible, and if it is possible then too what is the meaning of core banking...should i go to consumer forum against you or SBI...

            Worst customer service i have come across. Really very frustrated by using the axis bank card. What the hell the executives were working over there No answer for simple queries, they will keep the call on the hold and escape from there. They don’t know simple things also. I don’t know what the training they are provided for them. You have to wait 30 mins of to get any small information. Or else they will disconnect the call in the middle.

            Axis Bank - online DD — No response

            I had applied for online DD to Axis Bank on 27 Sept & 28 Sept INR 40000 & 19434 but status showing pending & till now DD has not been received. Customer care no. s busy all the time.
            Yesterday i was using icici ATM card in axis bank ATM at ambala city.Transection was unable to process due to atm not working ( not indicating the status on ATM), in this case how the transection proceed up to that step where we put the amount.Means i entered the amount after that ATM says unable to proceed.

            please recheck the transection between 7:00 PM to 7:40 PM of dated 09/10/09 and reply on Email or call [protected] for the clerification.

            Hi, I got a 500 rs fake note from the cash i received from Axis bank Najafgarh. I took some cash out from Axis and deposited that in HDFC Bank. The HDFC bank received the cash and told me about that one fake note. Then I went to the bank and told them that u gave me a fake note. The cashier(I think he is the culprit) and the Manager told me that i should have checked it while leaving the counter. On a big amount how can we check whether it is a fake note. If bank cashiers give fake notes then how can we trust on them. The manager also supported and said that nothing can be done because we should check it while leaving the counter.             India's horrible banking Service, In spite of changing thier name, the service quality never changed, it seems like old dirty/rotten wine in a new bottle (name).

            Apart from many other services requested and, no responses received. I finally decided to close the account. But to my bad luck its been 3 months since I requested for a account closure, many customer complains, calls to branch and what not, the account has not yet been closed. Seems like they wuld love to enjoy my account balance (which offcourse is a considerable sum of money).

            I swear to god will never deal with Axis bank again and not only that will not deal with people having axis bank account.

            I wish there was a way i could kill each person on the axis bank customer service. because when you call them to complain and ask for account closure, they laugh (I could clearly hear on the phone) as if I am a prey in their hands and struggling to get out of their catch.

            Axis Bank — Worst Service and False Information

            I have a Bank Account with Axis Bank Indira Nagar Branch (Bangalore). On the 08th of June i had submitted an application for a replacement debit card in MG Road Branch, as my old card was damaged. I was told that since i am submitting the Application in a non home branch it will take 10 days for me to receive the card which i agreed. I had been waiting since then and today 16th of August 2011, i have still not received the card.

            I had been calling the customer service people from then on, and all i had been getting is false information that i will receive the card soon. After repeated and persistent calls at various levels of Customer Service i got a mail stating that "we are trying to track the form, we are unable to track the form, please give a new form on 16th July. It had taken one month and 10 days to know that they have lost my application form.

            I had submitted another form after that and from then on, i have been waiting for my debit card which i am yet to receive. I have been sending mail after mails, The mail is marked to the operations Head of the particular branch but still i see no response at all.

            I have gone through a lot of pain especially while i had to utilize my funds, for the last two and a half months i had suffered a lot because of Axis Bank. I want to take this issue to the Consumer Forum. Could anyone please help me out in guiding me as to how i can approach the Consumer Forum.

            The Axis Bank Bank employees do not bother about customers. If you do not accept their request for opening ad insurance or other financial investments, they will harass you like any thing. If you have good amount in your savings account, even the cashier will be after you for investing in final scheme of their choice. If you accept their proposition they will provide you most disadvantageous scheme.When I accepted their proposal for opening an insurance policy in met life they gave me a policy with yearly premium of Rs. 100000/- for five with maturity period 15 months. My age is 60 yeas, with great difficulties I am arranging premium amount.Over and above maturity period being fifteen years, I am not sure whether I will be able to see the maturity amount in my life time.
            Attitude of most of the employees are the same. If you approach senior employees with a complaint, they act revengefully and make a situation that you are harassed and your request will remain pending over months. We have to request government to force axis bank to sack all these corrupt and head strong employees.

            They know only how to suck money from customer, we talk with them and they say only system doing that, then why the people sitting there, i rate ZERO to them. i paid after confirming customer care department about how much i have to pay to settle my card and i did before next bill cycle generated(10/06/2016), they received money by net banking after next bill cycle(14/06/2016)so i have to pay extra charges.cause bill generation date is 13/06/2016 ???? So is this MY FAULT??? that how they care customers .. DISSATISFIED
            I have a salary account in axis bank . I want to get a credit card but the female who called me talked badly just because I asked her some card related questions. Now I am calling back on that number but nobody is picking up.
            Axis Bank has the worst customer service ever among all finance sectors in market. I am chasing for 1 simple resolution from past 5 months and I dont have resolution. I have spent more money for call charges then the amount i should be getting back from Axis Bank credit card. Agents disconnect the call when they dont know what to do.
            While i am writing this email i have a same scenario with one Axis bank agent his details are G Sai Kumar 228988.
            I have a very bad experience and I will never ever recommend or use Axis bank for any one.

                In the month of March 2008 one employee of Axis Bank named Neha called me and offered for a credit card. She send me one agent with form. I filled it properly and submitted all the documents.

                Till now i couldnt get any credit card. In the mean time i tried to contact her several times, she told me that inqury is going on. Presently her number is not working.

                  This is regarding credit card complain. I have submitted my all required documents for credit card that you required for the same as on dated 5th April 2008 and your agent (Marketing executive i.e. Prashant [protected]) submit my documents. As per him we have received golden credit card with in 20 days it means 25th is last date.
                  TAT is over But till date we have not received my credit card inspite of this your executive not able to pick the calls not call back I am getting fed up for regular follow up.

                  After this 14th May we have received SMS from Axis bank (your credit card application VISA Silver with ref # 1368338 has been decline)

                  After received SMS I have make a calls N number of time to prashant but he is handicapped for find the reason.

                  This is my first experience with your bank and credit card also. I am sorry to say but this is really bad experience in my life.

                  This is for the reason of mental harassment of my wife Poonam Ajit Ghag at during office hours. The persons called in each and every department of my wife’s office for enquiry.

                  Instead of my several request of official letter of settlement amount of my credit card nobody replied on it neither I received any official letter since last more than one year.

                  But they are continuously keep calling at my landline nos for the money. Now they are started calling at my wife’s office.


                  On Saturday 2nd June there was a call from one lady name “Sujata”, she told like I am a robber & stold some money from Axis Bank…….


                  Is the kind of language you use with your customer ???????? Is this a way of your business ???

                          I applied for a Uti bank credit card received in 2007..around the month of may ( card no:[protected]..)and they charged me 250 as joining fee. I have Paid and cleared all the statement balances (Rs-171450.on 24/07/2007). The problem i got with this card([protected]) was this card did not have the CVV number, so as per your customer care's instruction i sent the card back to Mumbai off, for which they sent a replacement card ([protected] on 06/10/2007.) and that month they charged me again Rs 250 as card fee.Actually the card which they send 2nd is an replacement card for the previous card which did not have a CVV number and is not my mistake and is clearly ur fault.so how can u charge me for that.
                          Then i lost the second second card([protected]). which u sent as replacement and i blocked the same.after which i did not receive any card.but got only the statements for card number ([protected]). which i did not receive.
                          I told all these to the customer care which they told they will check and revert back..and also the card has been put on hold..since they are looking into the issue and will be sent once everything settles down..but every month they started charging me late payment fee..and got multiplied..and i called many times but got the same reply...then i spoke to your senior executive..who spoke positively and said that all my problems will be solved and he will revert all the credits..once that's done the card will be sent..but nothing got changed but got only the statements..
                          Then recently i came to know that you have started detecting money from my personal axis bank a/c...
                          Amount detected from my A/c :

                          30/01/[protected] Rs 1163.73..
                          14/05/[protected]Rs 697.20..

                          again got a statement to pay Rs----- 980.25..i have also paid this amt..i don't have the card and have not kept any balance of purchases on the previous cards..so for your mistake of replacing a card without CVV number i have already paid nearly Rs---1861.00...still u keep charging and not looking at my problem...i have also been to the bank to see some person regarding this but they said the only way is to talk to the customer care..i don't know how i will get a solution for this...?? i feel hectic to explain again and again to your customer care.i fell much disturbed, worried by the way you respond..that's why i have sent such a long detailed mail..i also use other banks cards but have never faced such a problem.

                            we are a company which is selling jewelery. i have recently installed a credit card machine of axis bank which took huge effort to install the machine thinking that axis bank is a good bank. but in may when i has swiped a card of one of my customer of ge money the payment was delayed. secondly when we went to bank to ask the reason the person sitting there in customer relations named surendra shakhawat misbehaved and did not have any reason for the payment not to be credited into the account. then next day he call the company up and tels us that the machine has been de-activated and the payment will not be credited into the account until and unless the machine is not returned to bank. the reasons were not disclosed to us why this account was been de activated. as we have also been caring an icici machine and we dident have any complains from them. it is so surprising that a bank chain like axis bank"s name is been spoiled by its staff and the reason"s are not been disclosed by the bank to its customer.

I had the problem with the card machine and machine help desk people or the Axis bank customer service people are ready to take responsibility to change the machine or give a proper answer to us. I asked the customer service department to give a responsible person in bangalore who can take care of this problem...they said nobody is there and gave couple of machine help desk peoples numbers and non of those numbers are valid...still the story did not end...its been 5 days now...I am loosing all my credit card customers.

                            Most of the merchant have the same problem with all the leading private banks, those are dealing in the card swapping machine.
                            Now you dont have to worry about that A PSU Bank namely Union Bank of India launched their owned Credit Card Machine with the facility that A merchant will get the Machine without having a current a/c with UBI.
                            The Payment would be transfered into your existing current A/c
                            axis bank cridit card machine used by us a customer used the machine and purchased some furnitures and made payment for 320, 000/-
                            next day we took the receipt and approached bank for payment bankes refused to pay the amount and also stated that the customer used forgery card
                            how can i claim the amount from the bank

                              Hi,
                              I had applied for a Housing Loan from UTI Bank (Branch address Lords Building, Kolkata – 700071) of amount 10 Lacs in March 2006. With the application they have taken all my property documents like the original agreement paper with the promoter, all original receipts of the booking amount and more than 20 post dated cheaques. They had received a sanction latter on March-8-2006, Approval Number UTI Bank PH/03-06/DIRRB/RJ/11/RAC-Kolkata/05-06. But they had not disbursed the amount as the promoter did not have proper municipal sanction paper that time. Then I had requested them to return me my documents. But for last more than 2 years I am waiting for my documents, I am doing follow-up with them on continuous basis. Now they are saying the file is missing.

                              They have already taken the processing charge from me and also lost my entire important confidential document. When they are taking any confidential document from a customer they should have the responsibility to keep it safely. I am suffering a huge loss due to this. And as I don’t have original papers I could not apply for loan from other banks also.
                              Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible so that I can get back my documents as soon as possible.

                                i have a credit card of axis bank on which against the bill of feb, 08 i made a paynent but due to any reason bank not recovered the the same cheque in due time then after making many calls to costomercare executive they suggested that make the stop payment of cheque and your billing date is about to come your bill will not be charged extra regarding the payment vide complainet id no. 178013, 179565 and then after in the bill of marchg they suggested to make the only amount of due not the extra charge and they will reverse the extra charges against the bill .till then to today i am in continious contact with them and every time thei suggested that the amount will be charged would be reversed via several complainet id no.

                                  The Incident on 29/03/2008 when i use this card on khber service station, moti bagh-II, Ring Road, New Delhi for payment of filling full tank on my Bike -PULSAR 150 (TANK CAPACITY 18 LTR) the ptotal bill is 750/= then i gave my GOLD Axis card to the petrol pump executive he swap one time & bill came 750/- then after 20 days statement came Rs.2304/- I shoked when statement shows Rs.750/- shows 3 times on same date, then i call customer care to mumbai then he lodge the complaint & he said we are sending you the Dispute form & I fill Dispute form & return the same By trackon courrier on 18/04/2008 but till date NO Response from Axis Bank then I Re-Call him for dispute case He told we are sending your statement plz. pay on time the refuses all charges & harresing me to pay bill at ones. One of my friend told me go to "MYRIGHTS9TO9.COM & file case against him then I Register with that company & his Legal Advocates sending Legal notice to AXIS BANK CARD MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE.

                                  but yours dept mistake vice 2 time issue axis bank silver plus credit card my card no [protected] Savita agarwal & add on card [protected] Manoj kumar gupta.

                                  CANCELD CRIDT CARD

                                  I am all read canceled silver plus credit card my card no [protected] Sativa agarwal & add on card [protected] Manoj kumar gupta as on app. date[protected] you’d office dehradun.

                                  But our office 2 time bill after a/c closed with out card used. Throe phone & sms, paper bill problem oar’s staff credit card dept. No support to cast mare care dept. No support to axis bank credit card dep. dehradun 248001.

                                  I hope you are imp. Problem shootout to me.

                                    Sir,

                                    I have Axis Bank Credit Card before 4 month and still not use but they send a Credit Card Statement and it shows overdue payment and also complaint 4 to five times to axis bank customer care but there is no response. please do needfull.

                                      I am holding a Home Loan account with Axis Bank.
                                      The Loan EMIs are deducted from my Account via Cheques every month.
                                      On 21st April 2008, my Cheque could not be cleared due to
                                      lack of funds in my Bank Account.
                                      On 6th May, an Executive (from AXIS Bank) visited my factory (after prior telephonic consent)
                                      to recieve the due amount. I paid him the amount in Cash and obtained the reciept for the payment.
                                      On 15th May, the previously uncleared Cheque was presented by AXIS Bank to my Bank and was cleared for the already paid amount (in Cash on 6th May).

                                      This totals up to 2 payments for one month (April 2008) against my Home Loan from AXIS Bank.

                                      This is really surprizing that AXIS can produce the same uncleared Cheque again inspite of recieving the specified month's EMI payment by Cash.

                                      I requested AXIS Bank Customer Care to look into this matter and revert back urgently with the reason of
                                      the Double Payment Clearance by such a reputed Bank like AXIS.
                                      Still waiting, but no reply so far.
                                      What if they present another cheque for the May payment??
