hello i had applied for an debit card in axis bank before 3 months, surprisingly igot my pin but not my card.and all collegues got that. i had compliented many times, no rsponse.

Axis Bank — Over limit fee

This is S.Jayakrishnan. I have been charged over limit fee for more than three months for not going over limit certainly interest charge posted with out any notice over limit fee is charged for not making any transaction.

    With you due respect I am having account number [protected] Name SHAMBHU NATH I am having a problem with transaction dated 18/07/2010 Amounting Rs 5000 I have-not withdrawal the money I went there to withdraw money but your ATM was not working so I withdraw money from ICICI ATM amounting Rs 700. I have already gone 2 times to bank and given complained in written and complained on your customer care also.
    I have read the RBI guidelines also under which you have to pay money in 12 days. I am attaching it so that you can also read it
    Please look into the matter.

    Axis Bank — withdrawal of money from account without notice

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I opened a savings account in AXIS Bank in 2002. I made the transactions till 2005. I left the minimum balance of Rs:500 in the account and did not close the account. Till 2009 there was no deductions made. In 2010 there were 2 major deductions being made. One of Rs 581 on 27/03/2010 and another of Rs 750 in June 2010. These deductions were made without any reason and without any prior notice given to me. This is Injustice made towards me. Please help me. My ATM card No. is:[protected]

I have notice that an amount Rs. 1500/- has been debited from my account.

    I have lodged complain with customer care dt. 24.05.2011 my complaint no [protected] but till date the problem has not been resolved.

    Therefore, I would request you to resolve the matter and arrange to credit Rs.1500/- to my savings account without further delay.

    Axis Bank — money withdrawn from account without any information

    Banking Lokpal Sir My Name Deepak Kumar Singh i am working in UAE Dubai in Mashreq Bank as relationship officer sir i have open a NRE account with Axis Bank ashok marg branch lucknow i am always transfer the money in my account but axis bank with out me any any information they withdraw 40000 thousand rupees from my account and open a policy and submited the yearly premium and there is all the detail,s are wrong my signature are not there somebody make my signature and the details are submited from the bank side are wrong since 2007 i am in dubai and they show me in policy i am working in ICICI bank in Kanpur branch as duties manager in2009 i have never worked with ICICI bank and the information arewrong
    so please help me and i want my money back and i want make a complain against the bank staff and such a employee who done like this stupid mistake i am very thankful to you
    very poor service and i am not satisfied with axis bank.

        Hello Sir/Ma'm,
        I have salary account with Axis Bank which was open in Dec.2011,at the time of opening this account the person from the bank insisted me to open the Demat account also but i clearly told him that i am not interested at all but he insisted me a lot saying that please open the account as i to have to meet my targets also and you can close it later on and their will be No charges.i agreed to open the account on condition that their will be no charges and and i will not use the Demat services.

        Few days later i also received a call from the bank regarding the demat account but i clearly told them to close the account as i was not interested in using the Demat services at that time they did not informed anything.

        Now after almost 1 and half year later they have deducted Rs.561.80 from my account for Demat charges.

        When i contacted them they are now saying that the account was free for the first year and these are the charges for the current year.

        They are not ready to listen to me that their employee told me that the account is totally free and infact justifying their charges even after knowing the whole story.

        i have asked them to cross-verify it from their employees who opened my account also the person who called me and didn't closed the account or didn't informed me how to close it.

        This is really a cheating on their part as they didn't even informed me before deducting the charges.

        You are requested to take some action and help me in getting my money back.

        Please see the following mail, which I wrote to axis bank Anna Nagar branch head, after this mail we had discussion also & i have been told that some of the charges they will refund but till today there is no reply of my any mails & no refund.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        My name is Santosh Chavan I am having a savings a/c in your branch & my a/c no is [protected]. My problem is on 30/10/2008 I have checked my account balance which was Rs. 234/- so I have issued 1 cheque of Rs. 177/- towards HSBC bank. Then on a same day you have charged me 120 Rs. Which your customer care people telling me for Mobile banking. But on 30-09-08 you people have charged me some 100 Rs. Which I asked for what it is, then I got the answer from your customer care people that it is for Mobile banking (which I got to know before this new problem has occurred)

        I didn't got any intimation from your side for your charge, your guy is telling me that we are giving intimation at the start only. Then what it the use of Mobile banking ??? I should know each & every transaction of my account. Due to your charges of Rs. 120 my cheque got bounced which I issued for my credit card payment. & for which you have charged me 400 Rs. approx. then can you just tell me what is my fault in this ???? Now you charged me 400 Rs, then that HSBC will also charge me some penalty then your 1 mistake cost me nearby[protected] Rs. Which I am not going to pay, & you have to give me clarification on this.
        After discussing so many times with your people I got the information that the 100 Rs which you have charged me on 30-09-08 it is for intercity cash deposit. But sir As per my knowledge & as per your rules & regulations I can do 1 intercity deposit in a quarter so kindly check my statement whether I have made any cash deposit in my account before, & the whatever information I got from your side is absolutely wrong.

        I want clarification on following issues.

        1) Why you have charged me 100 rest. On 30-09-08 ??
        2) Why your customer care guy has given me wrong info saying that it was for mobile banking ?? ( due to his wrong info I thought my mobile banking charges has been debited, so I am not responsible for the bounce of my cheque & for any charges from both the side.

        The mistake has been done from your side, so please clarify it. & if the HSBC will charge me any penalty then that also you need to pay, I am not going to pay any penalties when there is not my fault.

          My name is Aruna. My credit card number : [protected]. I received last month the statement for Rs.3580.59/-. I have made the payment on 25-May-2013 amount of Rs. 3580.59/- as due date was on 30-May-2013. When I checked with customer care they said that due to 0.59 paise, as we didn't received complete payment so we have charged it. the interest charge Rs.210.64 & service tax Rs. 22.82 this charges is levied to my account. I was thinking to to pay complete amount of 2 installment Rs.7575.31 by this month. But, there are fooling the customer.

          This is to inform you all Axis bank is the worst bank.Never ever open account with them thy will misguide you first they will tell you have to maintain 10000 on quarterely basis after a month if you are failed to maintain the balance of 10k thn the charges thy gonna deduct from your account is 1800 rs which is a big account.
          Thy are the fraud ,The worst bank in this world and staff at ashok vihar is the worst and illitrate misguide customers.

            Hi ,

            This is Selva Kumar. Initially i had Rs 2689 INR. I tried to withdraw an amount of (Rs 1500 INR) using AXIS Bank (Titanium Rewards) Debit Card from the YES Bank ATM branch on Tuesday(7th May 2013) at 9.30 PM. The transaction was failed and it it showed an error message like TRANSACTION NOT SUPPORTED ON THE TERMINAL and then i tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 1000 INR and it showed the same error message. Again i tried to debit for Rs 1000 and it came like Insufficient Funds error. Then I checked my balance in the nearby Bank Of Baroda ATM it showed like i have only Rs 189. So I request you to take action as soon as possible.

            Kindly do the needful.

              paid all my car loan 415000.00 in march 2013 but noc is not recd till date.

              loan agreement # AU[protected] .

              i was asked to pay Rs 695.00 because cheque # 579449 of pnb , nangal rai , janak puri , delhi was returned by bank with the
              reason ACCOUNT CLOSED on 21/02/2012 (HAVING SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN A/C) and later on cleared on 27/02/2012.
              I WAS NEVER INTIMATED FOR THE CHARGES IMPOSED TILL I ASKED FOR NOC.

              HOW CAN I BE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BLUNDER ?

              I Sujata Dey was a customer of your bank since long. I had purchased a EON era plus Car loan of Rs.297000/- on dated 15/12/2012. It was for 5 years means 60 EMI. But till now I had not got NOC. Because approximately Rs.25000/- EMI pending and outstanding amount. Nobody in axis bank give me any documents for closure of this loan. They all said we send for closure but approval not comes. I surprised that any one wants to close her loan but bank not support me. Please clarify this issue.

                WORST SERVICE IN EDC MACHINE...


                I gave a complaint on sunday that my edc machine is not working and i cant able to take settlement....1st for 10 to 15 calls they never PICKED the call.....2nd is this is the 4th machine they giving which will work for 20days only......3rd is they said they will come and give u new machine next day.....tomorrow is saturday and 1 week is over now.....i cant able to do business now already 1 week gone....i have my ECS in this account n i dont know what to do....
                from morning i am calling them they r not picking the call.....AXIS BANK EDC IS THE WORST COMPARING TO ALL OTHER BANKS....

                Axis Bank — Worst service

                Hi...
                SBI employee must take management training...I tried calling there so many times, 75% they won't receive the call, if bymistakes it gets connected then other person will shout at you like anything and as usual gives other number to call, which will never be responded..
                same thing happned to me, after long time my call got connected and a person asked me to call on other number, i said no one picks up the phone then he transferred the line (which dosen't happen) and without checking that he simply kept the phone aside and there is no response. agin i tried to call up bt now the message was "The line is temporary out of service". why don't people sit at home if they are not really intrested in working

                SBI employee should improve their behaviour, they should be given a traininng how to beheave with the customers.

                We requested Manager of Cox Town Br. Bangalore to make telephone regarding amount sent Rs.17700/- to Inder pal who is having an current a/c in your Bank # [protected]. as per instruction from Dr.Harry Edward and he said that morning his delivery agent would arrive our country that is India and this morning this delivery gave us call that lottery amount of 300, 000 USD has arrived to Indira Gandi International Airport New Delhi and said us make a payment of RS.17, 700/- for custom clearance and gave us above motioned name and account number. Then later on after depositing said amount we came to know that we have been cheated again he asking more money which copies of the documents hav been attached for your kind reference.

                Please see this matter carefully as this is fraud case and what could be done and how could we people get back money as soon as possible.
                Return amount to Axis Bank, Bangalore.

                I have taken a home loan from axis they took one month time to process and i haven't received any letter from axis when i called customer care they never respond properly i am fed up i have send mail to concerned managers who take care of this they also never respond better avoid home loan from axis bank
                I have opened my salary account in axis bank 9 months back ,till the date I have not received my cheque book ,I did mail correspondence with the bankers and I also submitted for new cheque book request almost 2 months back but there is no reply from them ,
                Very very Worst service in cash counters, they did not interest in work of axis bank, silchar branchcounters

                  i was having negative balance of 629 in my axis bank account seoni madhya pradesh. to compensate this i transferred 3500 rupees in account so my balance must be atleast 2500 but after my transcation of Rs 4600 in feb to axis bank ,they have deducted approx 3500 without any information.i need details that on what basis they had deducted my money

                    I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.

                    I am going to close the account asap.


                    I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                    Same has happened to me too...they deducted around Rs.607/- without informing me. When I cross check, they are telling it is because of Demat account. I have closed my demat account a year back. Now they say, we have not closed your account as we have not received your closure form. I submitted Demat closure form in Marthahalli branch. But the stupid lady who took my form and not submitted in JP nagar branch. this is how they handles the customer issues. No proper acknowledgement/follow ups.
                    Hi My Name is N.V.Ramana Rao. Samething has happend to me yesterday 525rs has been deducted without my knowledge. This is absolutely ridiculous without anyones knowledge who has given you blady permission to deduct my account. Is this the way your bank works. I am going to close the account immediately.

I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but they are not telling me why they are deducting this amount. They are deducting these kind of amount from last 3-4 year on schedule basis. I ignored it so many time but now I would like to have a clear understanding of how many amount they have deducted since year 2009.
                    I am going to close the account asap and will take this forward to higher authorities of RBI.

                    am also have the same problem.first i dont know how they are charging. after that i searched my personal email regarding axis direct. they are sending one email every month in the name of "AXIS BANK : Demat Statement of Account cum Billing for Client ID:xxxx". in this statement, i found each debit trasaction RS.25 they are charging but not for crediting shares . for this debit tracsacation charge is 0.04 but minimum amount is RS. 25. For example i[censored] sell one share

                    1*0.04=0.04(so minimum rs.25 will be charge)
                    1000*0.04=40 ( now rs. 40 will be charge bcoz the amount is greater than rs.25)

                    like above they will accumulate all debit charges for previous month and debit coming months.so that just go and verify how many debit transaction you did for previous month and verify that. they will mention date period in that statement

Customer Care has said may be a Dmat account got opened by mistake and asked me to visit the branch or contact on phone, but the branch is not picking up the phone[protected] and[protected].                     I've faced the same issue today. I am having a Demat Account, while opening the account they've mentioned as the annual charges would be 500rs + Taxes. I am not sure why they are deducted 737.28rs. Is the tax for 500rs is 237rs as per Axis Bank?. Many times I've seen they are deducting money for the sms services, which I never mind. But this one at least thereshould be an intimation before they are deducting, which your not doing and which is clearly showing the value your giving to the customer

Three quarters there is consolidated charges deducted, after complaint to branch they agreed to reverse the charges and accordingly 2 consolidated charges reversal done and remaining one will be committed to do in next month (First Week of April 13) by Vice president and Branch head of Axis Bank Borivali West. But after following with them bank is saying they are now unable to reverse the charges without specifying any reasons.

                        I have the salary account with the axis bank from past one year and never heard anything from the axis bank about the Consolidated DP Charges. On 27/04/2013 my account has been charged 600 stating that it is regarding the Consolidated DP Charges. the amount 286.23 has been debited and its showing the negative amount of 314.05. Its the month end i needed the amount of the 200 which they have debited badly. The bank has acted on its own and withdrawn the amount without any info. kindly look into this.

                            I am using credit card of Axis Bank from last 5 years. From Last Nine months, I am facing a problem using credit card of axis bank. I have paid the minimum monthly installment using cheque payment. The balance was deducted from my saving account before the due date. But bank officials used the same money for there personal use I believe, because that was not deposited into my credit card account. For that they imposed penality on my account for non payment. I go to bank, they resolved the issue, deposited that amount into my account. But they are impossing penalty regularly for late payment and for overlimit. There is nothing like that I am paying my monthly installments late. I pay my monthly Installment two days before the last payment date.

                            Please ressolve the issue.

                              I have transferred my loan from IDBI Bank to AXIS Bank, Jayanagar, Bangalore Home Loan branch during Feb'2013 as AXIS Bank was giving lesser/attractive interest rate.But everything has changed after switching my Home Loan to AXIS Bank. I have a very horrifying experience and Bank has made my life more problematic. Instead of saving of money, I have lost around Rs.50,000 and lot of inconvenience caused. I have listed below few of my concerns and advice for you to think twice before taking Loan from AXIS Bank.
                              - The entire transfer process took 70 days. It was promised me that I will get it in 3 weeks.
                              - AXIS Bank dishonored my Home Insurance made from IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company and forced me to take from AIG. So, I was forced to close my old Insurance and open a new one.
                              - No online facility for operating Home loan account. Online is available which you can see only account number and balance.
                              - For part payment Customer has to visit the Branch i.e. available at Jayanagar, Bangalore
                              - They will not accept online payment. The option of making part/prepayment payment is only cheque along with hand written application.
                              - Only way of contact is to send email [protected]@axisbank.com. No phone calls entertain. They are very slow (takes 2 working day minimum) in replying the emails.
                              - Currently if you are not residing at your base location branch than you are in a real trouble. You need to appoint somebody to perform all the Bank formalities except your regular EMIs.

                              For the first time Home owner, you can take loan from them as you will not have the experience of luxury of online access. Trust me, I had visited only once to my previous home loan bank in span of 3 years and that was because I need Sale Deed attested copy to transfer electricity bill to my name.

                                It is ridiculous to know that if it is the fault of customer the bank tries to improvise all sort of abrupt charges on the customer claiming its the policy. But if its the fault of the bank or its agent representing the bank then all they state is " we apologize......blah blah" what sort of injustice is this. I have been banking with other banks too but this sort o[censored]nacceptable service is intolerant.

                                As you may check the account there was a delay in couple of days for the payment of my bill of Rs. 200/-,due to the inefficiency of your website for online payment ,for which your bank levied charges of more than Rs.500/-.
                                I had called Axis Bank customer care and informed the agent immediately about the case and the agent said "ALL FINANCIAL CHARGES WILL BE REVERSED" ref : 64409748 which did not take place,only partial charges were reversed in the next bill thus resulting in additional financial charges. When I emailed the same to the higher department all they did was reiterate the policy, and apologised for their agent. why on earth should I pay more than Rs. 1000 /-,bugs for just a peanut purchase of Rs.200/-, If they agent could not reverse the charges I should have been informed about the same at that very instance. Thereafter during my conversation in the mail the agent informed "reversal under service gesture is applicable once in six months".
                                It's been 6months now I don't intend to use Axis Bank services any more.
                                So please justify your agents fault and don't loot your customer if you consider them valuable.
                                You have already withdrawn money from my Savings account without my permission.

                                I refuse to pay any further balance charges for your agents mistakes.

                                  Hello sir,
                                  I have taken a Home loan from Axis bank for Rs 20,39400 / - (Twenty lack thirty nine thousand four hundred) two years back and now i have asked to the bank person what is the principal amount rest on my loan and he said that it is arround 20,20,000 /- I was surprised after gettig this info for confirmation I call back to them and ask for a clarification and they told that . I am paying a EMI of Rs 19800/- monthly and in this principle amount is only Rs 500/- and rest is interest taken. I just want to confirm that is there any ratio on the EMI for the principal amount and the interest amount .

                                  Please help.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    Last day I had a conversation with one of the Axis Bank employee. He is basically operation manager in Sawai Madhopur district, Rajasthan . First I will explain the scenario. Actually I have salary account in Axis bank Madhapur, Hyderabad, Branch. But my permanent residence is in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. When I went to sawai madhopur, my father asked me to give him last 3 months bank statement because some reason. I went to axis bank sawai madhopur branch. The operation manager was very rude. He has his own rules there..he told me today server is not up so come tomorrow. I went again to the same branch next day. He told some of his junior to give me the statement. than I got last 3 months statement without any stamp. He actually didn't think that bank stamp is really required. I was in hurry and the very next day I have to returned to hyderabad. I came to hyderabad. Than again my father called me and he asked to have a stamp on those bank statements. I went ot the nearest axis bank branch in hyderabad they adviced me to contect to the nearest branch there in sawai madhopur and they also told that the operation manager will have to take your request and he will put bank stamp on the statements. Now the worst story started .........My father went there again to the sawai madhopur , axis bank branch, He requested the operation manager that please allow someone to put stamp on the statements. Now the so called operation manager of the axis bank started abusing my father ...you illiterate people.....you don't know anything.....why you have not asked to put stamp when we have issued the statements......gate out from here....and this account is a saving bank account of Hyderabad. My father is a very simple man.He thought that manager might be correct. He again contacted me . Than I thought to talk to the operation manager in that sawai madhopur branch.....I requested his on phone that sir it's urgent please put stamp on the statements. Now he started abusing me on phone....do whatever you can do..I will not put stamp.......you chutiya....kind of language he used..I have phone recording of that conversation. It's Ok whatever happened with ......but I am frustrated because he abused my father......From last I didn't sleep......Please help me in this regard...My father is a government teacher.Please suggest me what should I do ..in this matter.

                                      I Sudip Banerjee, axis bank savings a/c number [protected](Branch -Madhymgram-North 24 Paragans-Kolktata-W.B.
                                      On 25th March 2013 Rs 600 deducted from my savings a/c and also service Tax 74.16(12.36%) due to non maintenance of minimum balance.
                                      My account open Feb2008 where minimum balance criteria Rs2500 which I maintain up to the date but I don't know suddenly when bank changes
                                      the minimum balance criteria from Rs 2500 to Rs10000 and deduct charges .Bank never inform me about the minimum balance criteria change
                                      neither verbal nor written(Email,letter,sms messages).

                                        Sir,
                                        I am one of the directors of Swagat developers pvt ltd.. We are coming up with a new project in Bhubaneswar named as Swagat residency. It's a g+3 storeyed apartment wit 40 flats consisting of 2 & 3 bhk flats. This project is approved under Bhubaneswar development authority. And. 70% of the work is over and work is going on smoothly without hesitance.
                                        Axis bank approached me for project approval. As per their norms all the formalities was done and the technical was also cleared..this took them 6 months time and meanwhile some of my customers applied in axis and and even got sanction letters.now after repeated conversation to disburse the amount to the company..suddenly axis is giving no reasons as to why project has been disapproved ..axis home loan department is not giving any specific reason ..at this moment of time when my project is nearin completion axis has denied project approval causing my customers harassment as well as to the project.its a great loss as we have waited for more than 6 months .i just want to know on wat basis my project was disapproved by axis bank.they are not giving any reasons.

                                        My complain is why the bank wasted so much time and hence harassing me and my customers giving false hope. I want specific reason in writing for not approving my project
