[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — No advance intimation about the bill of Credit card due bill till the last date of payment

Please resolve the issue of negligency of the Axis bank representative, I have paid bill amount of 12000/- (Twelve thousand rupees) which I have incurred, but still axis bank representative asking by sms to pay amount of Rs.2421/-. I 've not understood the situation. What's going on please investigate the issue. On the other hand the bank did not inform me in advance for payment but I have paid the amount in advance. Then also they have again asked me to pay the amount of 2421/-.

Same with me here .Really they dont send statement in time else some one call their customer care .

Even They dont have online portal for tracking individual 's account .

Most dissappointing thing happened with me is when I had applied Gold plus card i was being told to get free return flight voucher for which I have already sent them booking request .But till now they did n't respond on this matter ,when I called Custome care they commited me to call within two days but its already few weeks passed off .


I would like to suggest new applicants not to go for this Bank credit card to until they prove themselves as a good service provider.
I applied for an Axis Bank credit card about 9 months ago,got it 5 months ago.Made my first purchase in the US for about Rs.48000.I had applied for the 5% auto debit facility which means that I pay 95% and the bank automatically debits 5%.I never got the bill for the month I had spent the money. I paid up about 46000+ which was the 95% amount.This was last month on the 08th sep.The bill due date was 9th.The auto debit did not happen and they charged me 1.5% interest on the amount which was supposed to be automatically debited which was Rs.2440 and increased the amount to Rs.4200+.Their toll free number was not working for a month and i was calling them from Delhi all the time.
Their customer rep. never gave me a solution till today.They never gave me a complaint number and always accepted that it was a system problem.They registered it as an offical complaint on the 26h of sep.,after I had spoken to them from about 01st sep.
Despite of my reminders,they did not auto debit the amount,they never gave a number of a responsible person.Today they increased the amount due to god knows how much amount.
This is the best part,the police say that you sort it out with your bank on your own,they dont want to get into this.When I dont pay up the escalated amount the bank hires a recovery team to get the money.
Now,when they had to auto debit Rs.2440 they did not do it.So the amount due for the next payment becomes Rs.4200+ and they auto debit Rs.210 something which is 5% and carry forwarad the amount to increase at 1.5 %.Does anyone know how to stop this?

Am working in indecomm Global Services as group lead. My id no is BLR/1156.
While am accessing the card in TCS building, Electronic city, the card went inside the machine. I tried calling to customer care and no one is picking the call.

Please suggest what i supposed to do now?
