I am daily travelling from Marol Depot to Ghatkopar stn. by Bus No. 334. This Bus route is starting from Marol depot and I am facing the problem at time of getting bus when it is come on platform, all passenger are trying to get seat and enter in the bus at same time because there is no Que system like other bus route.
So you are requested Please Hang the display board on platform of 334 as " Que for 334 " and instruct your depot manager Mr. D. D. Waghulde to arrange the que for Bus route 334.
I am very much interested in knowing what action will be taken

rude behavior of driver--best bus no 237 bus no 6856gr on 17th feb morning 10am a senior citizen heart patient boarded in d bus at best colony to borivali stn near chamunda circle he requested driver pl alight me here driver ignord nd block the way angrily danda hit me 3times.
It was on sunday, 3rd july 2011. I caught the 461 (Sorry my mistake.. I had earlier mentioned 226 bus) bus from Gorai Depot & asked for the Jaicoch (jogeshwari) for the conductor. Its 12/- But he gave the ticket up to Majas Aagar of 14/- & When I asked him about this. He started arguing on that. I gave him 50/- He never give my remaining money back & when I started asking him about this Majas Aagar ticket he again started arguing with me by saying why didn't you give me change & immediately gave me my remaining money back as well.
That conductor was behaving very rudely to the passengers. I have noticed his batch no. It is 41443 (issued from satara). He was behaving very rudely to all. Even for me he said do whatever you want to do.
This is my complaint. I only hope you give a proper warning so that they don't repeat this again.
