B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Low Frequency of bus 445,496 from Andheri(e) station

After a tiresome day at my engineering college, @5.20pm i stood at the andheri (e) station bus stop for bus no 445,496 .but the buses were not there till 6.05pm.
about 45-50 minutes i was waiting for these buses with a heavy bag on my tired shoulders.But frequency of 415 bus was so good that it came almost every minute.This story repeats itself almost every day
the BEST BUS SERVICE must look into this matter and shud increase the frequency of bus 445,496

THIS IS REGARDING THE B.E.S.T. BUS ROUTE NO.123 WHICH PLYS FROM R.C.CHURCH IN COLABA TO TARDEO.OF LATELY THE FREQUENCY OF THIS BUS HAS BECOME LESS.EARLIER THE BUS USED TO PLY AT A INTERVAL OF 10-15 MINS.NOW THE BUS COMES EVERY 20-25 MINS.ALMOST AT A INTERVAL OF 1/2/ AN HOUR.EVEN DURING THE PEAK HOURS THE FREQUENCY IS LESS.I KINDLY REQUEST THAT THE FREQUENCY BE INCREASED.ALSO WHEN IS THE B.E.S.T. WEBSITE OPENING PROPERLY.CURRENTLY VERY LESS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE
