[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — best bus complaint

From kandivali to bangurnagar there are only 3 buses running 210, 707, 205. i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. every 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break.also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially 707 long route buses, they always skip to stop some of the small stop. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are becoming very careless. plz do feedback to my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in & on weekends also frequancy is very less, some this buslike 205, 210 whos last stop dahisar bridge some time they runs till chincholi bundur or orlem church (210) why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. i observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses

THERE IS ONE ARROGANT LADY SITTING IN A MAJAS BUS DEPOT FOR A GO CARDS COLLECTED FROM THE TICKET CHECKERS WHICH HAVE NOT USED THERE CARD PROPERLY BY REGULAR PASSENGER, SHE IS NOT DISTRIBUTING THE SAME CARDS WHICH ARE ALSO FINED & TAKEN AWAY FROM PASSENGERS. SHE SHOULD CALL THE PASSENGERS & DISTRIBUTE THEM THE SAME AS SOON AS SHE IS BEEN COLLECTED THEM. IF SHE COULD NOT DO THIS, THEN SHE COULD TELL SOMEONE TO DO THIS, IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL FOR THE PASSENGERS, WHO ARE TRAVELLING REGULERLY, BUT BY MISTAKEN HAVE NOT RENEWED THE PASSES.
Kindly request to give special training to all the bus conductors to speak in proper manner to passangers as they speak to thier relatives.

I think we are Indians but specially i found that most of the conductors are descriminating passangers on the basis of state and this is what a very shameful thing. already we are divided into so many castes, creeds, religion, states and laungauges abhi aur mat badhao yaar.

mujhe pata hain k yeh complaints karne ka koi phayada nahi hain but then also i making such a fooool mistake.

If we are Indians then what is the use of making such descriminations...?

We understand the buses are not on time because of the traffic but frequency should be increased specially in the morning...it is very harrashment of bus and bus conductors too...

Nusta marathi marathi karat phiru naka marathi mansa sarakha waga premana, namrutena and adarana...hich olakh ahe marathi mansachi...

A/C bus no. AS 458 from Mulund Check naka to Gorai generally do not stop at various stops as the driver goes fast from the right hand side only, especially at Panchamrut, Muchhala college stop on ghodbunder Road. Please take action.
please start new a/c bus between mulund & malawani

BEST Bus — Bus does not come in our Route

I am resident of Bhoomi park in Malad west Off Marve road. The bus Route no 243 of Janakalyan Nagar takes our route to go to Janakalyan Nagar. But nowadays only some 243 bus come to our stop others take the other road before our stop and go to Janakalyan Nagar. This is very inconvineint as we have to walk to our stop even though we have right to get down at our stop.

Please see to it that the bus takes the proper route and pass through our bus stop.

Good Day,

I am a regular traveller by bus no 151 from wadala depot. This is to bring to your notice that it is virtually impossible for any commuter to even stand for 2 mins waiting for a bus as the bus stop is treted as a public urinal by the local slum dwellers staying across the street. The place is very badly kept and this has been a regular feature from the past two month. i please earnestly request you to take prompt action regarding the same before it gets worse in the summer coz may people may suffer from infections arising due to the foul smell. what about the approaching monsoon too?...plz take some prompt action as soon as possible...

BEST — rash driving by BEST bus caused damage to my car

BEST bus no. MH 01 4A 9352 brushedagainst my car and damaged the left side mirror on teh Wadala bridge in Mumbai at 9:30 pm. The conductor was told to stop the bus but he did not act upon it. The traffic policeman standing at the Wadala bridge crossing refused to help.
can i get the timings of bus route no.1 which plies from r.c.church colaba to bandra reclamation bus station.i.e.the first and last bus and also the 1st and last bus in the afternoons from colaba depot(electric house)

I am daily traveller by AS-5 bus for which i have opted for a monthly pass of 1500/-.

Whenever i go to renew the pass the identity card does not get recongnize by the machine. Everytime it shows some or the other problem. What the hell is this???? We dont have that much time to go everytime to your dept and get new ID card... Is this services you are giving to your customers???? Its really pathhetic... I dont have words to express my disappointment on this...

Just see i[censored] can get this Online pass renewal section activated at the earliest which is lying as it is on website and no one is acting on it.

B.E.S.T. Undertaking — Not Stopping & cust got injured

Today on 11th April 11 i was standing at jain mandir bus stop near kandivali station west. Bus no 210 for yari road the driver of the same bus didnt stop on bus stop though there was place in the bus and because of this 1 person tried to get into bus & he fell down he would near caught in the Try's of that bus. But manage to away. he got bad injuired. Now if he would hve major accident who would be respossible ?? Below i am mentioning the details want an action on this.

Dear Sir,

First of all thanks for AC bus services provided by BEST to Mumbaikar.

This is not a complaint but a request to improve AC bus services. I'm regular traveller of AS 2 from first point. I travel by 7.40 am AS 2 bus from first point ( Dahisar check post). As per time table on website of BEST timing for this bus is 7.40 am but daily this bus start at 7.35 to 7.40 i.e befor time.

My connected bus reached at this point at 7.37 am and many times I missed this bus. Result into I reached office 20 minutes late and many late mark in my office register.

I requested many times to conductor and driver to start bus only after 7.40 am. Conductor replied me that this bus timing is 7.38 am. and not ready to listen and start bus before 7.40 am.

Please do needful looking into this matter. Many commuters suffered due to this. We commuters never complained for late running of buses than why not listening for this type of matter.

I AM REGULAR TRAVELER ON BUS NO 522 (1937/MH01AP0865)TIMING:13.15 MAROL TO VASHI. TODAY(14TH MAY 2011) I FACE A RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE BUS DRIVER AND THE CONDUCTOR AS I ASKED THEM TO SLOW DOWN AS THE DRIVER WAS OVER SPEEDING THE BUS AND OVERTAKING ALL THE OTHER VEHICLES THE ANSWER I GOT IN RETURN WAS TO GET DOWN FROM THE BUS AND NOT TO BOARD THIS BUS ANYMORE... WHEN I SAID THAT I AM A REGULAR TRAVELER ON THIS BUS HAVING A DIAMOND PASS HE TOLD ME THAT HAVING A PASS DOESN'T MEAN THAT I OWN THE BUS . I DON'T THINK THAT THIS IS THE WAY TO TALK TO A 57 YEAR OLD FEMALE... I HOPE AND PRAY THAT U DO THE NEED FULL BY TRAINING YOUR STAFF HOW TO BEHAVE WITH PEOPLE BOARDING THE BUS .
Is this best Authority Really going to do anything about the 332 bus not waiting on LION'S CLUB bus stop near Leela. i don't thing so.

B.E.S.T. Undertaking — bus drivers rash driving

this is against the driver driving in bus no 9979.
this incident happened at kurla near kalpana theatre on 25th may 2011 at 8:30am.

i was driving my 4wheeler car at a very normal speed (40kmph) on the right side of the road. the bus was at extreme left at the bus stop..... i was just passing by the bus stop but far away on the right side...... the bus driver was abvoisly aware of it. suddenly he started the bus and took a full right forcing me to apply sudden brakes. fortunately everyone was safe.... but the distance between my car and the buss was less than 3inch.

i request the concerned authorites to take the necessary action and give me a positive response.

sir, today we were going towards v.t. ( town) from sion, we were going by our FIAT lenea car, & we were driving with lane dicipline, but suddenly one best bus bang our car from back side & its destroy my left side tail lamp & bumper very badly, i somehow manage to take bus drivers batch no, 14014, his name is Suraj
Bagar & bus no. MH 01 L9811. while talking to bus driver i forgot to take bus routenumber but all other informations are correct,
please, i hope atleast you warn him or teach him how to drive with

think like those mentioned above complaints my complaint too won't be responded. But then too i want to bring it to your notice that AS 3 bus from Worli depot doesnt comes on time in the evening hrs.The frequency as per time table is every 20mins but since last 4-5 days the frequency has increased to 1hr...so its absolutely pathetic service provided to us.We travel from Worli to Thane everyday which takes around 1.5hrs every day so we waste around 1hr in the depot waiting for the bus and after that 1.5hrs of traveling...So pls increase more numebr of AS 3 buses withing a frequency of 15-20mins.

Description Of Complaint: No borad displaying route number. Conductor chewing Tobacco on duty.

Bus did not even stop at any bust stop during its 5km travel upto Hiranandani where I got down.
Dear Sir,

This has reference to Bus no. 272 running from Malad Station to Marve. I would like to bring to your notice that after 6.00pm everyday inspite of standing in the queue for long time, the students and fisherfolks enter the bus which comes only after 20-30 mins. without standing in the queue. When we request these people to join the queue they just give back answers. Taking advantage of this situation, other commuters too enter the bus and there is lots of chaos. Please send your T.C. on Bus no. 272 every day in the evening to take control of this situation and also see that the buses run on time.
