MY CLAIM ID is OC[protected]-00020453,
My vehicle got collapsed with a pillar (a 40NB pipe which was fixed temporary for lightening purpose) on road.
Right side of my car, right door and sideways got damaged badly,
Whole incident takes place as the car was taking turn to right and the a another car suddenly comes from front (i.e from wrong side with high beam on) to avoid accident i turned my vehicle right and thus collapsed with the pillar.
All this instance is being informed /told to the surveyor and the place of incident is shown to him, now he is saying that the justification is improper only door will be replaced, Body dent is due to some other incident.
SO HOW CAN I GIVE HIM JUSTIFICATION, IS IT WILL BAJAJ ALLIANZ TELL ME. SHOULD I PUT SURVEYOR INTO THE CAR AND TRY TO COLLAPSE THE CAR WITH PILLAR AGAIN FROM LEFT SIDE.
If such service and customer harassment is Bajaj policy then i am very sorry for myself that i have chosen such a worst company for my insurance.
Please note that my total claim is for not more than Rs 7000/- and company is escaping, if it goes to 1,00,000/- then only god will know.
ALL THE READER ARE REQUESTED THAT NOT TO BUY CAR INSURANCE FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ.

ME HOLDING THE CASH GAIN POLICY NO. 1796125 IN MARCH 2003 ITS CASH BACK OF RS 6000/- WAS DUE ON MARCH 2006 BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT TILL NOW . I HAVE GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT LOCAL OFFICE OF THE COMPANY ON 12th MARCH 2008 BUT THE OFFICIALS ARE STILL SAYING ME TO WAIT FOR 45 DAYS. SO PLEASE HELP ME IF ANYBODY CAN.ALOK SINGH
