Bajaj pulsar 200 — accident claim complaint
Bajaj Service stationDear Sir,
I have a complaint to make..
I gave my Bike(PULSAR 200, KL 01 AV 243) for accident work in DEEDI SERVICE STATION(Trivandrum branch) on 10/05/09, they gave me a estimate of Rs 12330/-.
Then after two weeks i got the bike and i did full settlement also after that i realised they did not did the claim work properly.i go to the the service staion and told the complaints to the main service supervisor.then he told me he will clear the problum.
Then i leave the bike at there.after three days i called to the service station the receptionist told me the bike is getting ready.but it was a fake information.evryday he was telling the same thing to me.
Then after two days i go to the service station they told me the bike is redy.I checked the bike in front of the mecanic actually the condition of the bike is very bad.They distroyed the tank, tank cowl, tank painting also.THen the service supervisor told me come tomarrow will clear all the problems properly.
That was today i went to the service station and i saw my bike the condition of my bike is very bad.Actually day by day the condition of my bike is going very badly.
We are giving our vehicles for servicing and we pay for it...we must get a good service, we are not paying to hear excuses from your staff.
So i want an explaination that why you are not interested in giving proper service to me?
200 pulsar — claim
SIRI, amit singh from Nepal, city Hetauda first of all i would like to thanx giving us wonderful bike 200cc pulsar but sir away here in my town authorised showroom does nt do any good servicing and and they dont have good man . One day my bike got a problems of oil leak from the shock they have checked more than a 4 times but couldnt made it and suggest me to change the shock pipe .but i didnt n i made from the local shop, they made it perfectly .
one day when i was riding a bike suddenly whole silencer pipe was in a two part ...and i went to showroom for the claim but they didnt response me ...now you tell me wht to do .
sir it is not just for a money, just i want that please tell your authorised showroom for the change of silencer and we want good servicing center

Pulsar 200 — not serious about complaints
Dear Sir,lots of time I querry from your email web site but they yet not answered me, anyway let me see this time that how urgent & perfect you were, the querries &complaints are as follows.
1. can I fit hid xenon lamp on the same head lamp.
2.noisy operation in chain sprocket, while lubricate it alternate day.
3.noise coming from head lamp & tail lamp unit while vrooming my bike @ the speed of 50-60km/h.
4. one way clutch getting damage it self again & again after marching of[protected]km, this cause change the orignal voice of my engine.
