[Resolved]  Bedi Indane — they haven't delivered a cylinder to me

My name is Tayub ahmed, I am an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Bedi Indane, B -43 Kartar Nagar, Main 3 1/2, Pusta Delhi -110053 .
My consumer number is 11114,
I have booked On 04-feb, 2010 for gas and the booking no is 56.
but till date ie. on[protected] they have'nt delived a cylinder to me.
I called several times but not able to get them, they will hardly take the phone
Last time i booked on 11 jan, 2010 and delivered on 18 jan, 2010
Every times i called many times and they are hardly to respond.
So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.
PLS PROVIDE MR. SATISH BEDI MOB. NO.-...
he is only 1 person who response me

My consumer number is 1376. i have booked for gas they have'nt delived a cylinder to me. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder .
