[Resolved] Bhaap.com — Delivery not received yet

I had ordered for a Nokia Bluetooth Headset on the 8th of February'2013 via online shopping from Bhaap.com. My order number is[protected]. I paid through my credit card a sum of Rs. 825 for the same. There is no sign of any dispatches from their end till date and even after following up with 3-4 mails, there is no response.
They even havent mentioned any customer care number on their website which is a serious disqualification for any e-commerce website.
Now I am at a serious loss, more so, since my nature of business involves a lot of travel.
Request you to please help me get my product or atleast my refund ASAP since I am incurring losses by each passing day.

Bhaap.com — PAYMENT DONE, PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED

A SET OF CORDLESS PHONE WAS BOUGHT FROM BHAAP.COM BEARING ORDER ID[protected] DATED 11/1/12 AMOUNTS TO ₹3,998.00 FOR WHICH ENTIRE PAYMENT WAS MADE ONLINE.

AFTER ONE MONTH TWELVE DAYS EVEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT RECVEIVED.
NOR ANY COMMUNICATIONS FROM THEM.

WHAT TO DO NOW?

they are just making money from fooling people thro website

Bhaap.com — Missed Delivery

I have purchased a 4-in-1 Mini Sewing Machine on march 13th 2013. Order No:[protected]. It was stated that product will be delivered with in 10 days. Whereas till i didn't received the order.
