[Resolved] Bharat Gas — REPLACEMENT OF REGULATOR

I ANAND choudarapu having a lpg connection with bharat gas distributor at Karimnagar distributor code. 661865 and Name M/s. Nirmala Gas agencies. For replacement of Regulator the distributor is asked me Rs.300/-. When I asked for bill the concerned branch people is denied to give bill and they have given wrong information. When I contacted Mr. Kishore who is the customercare employee of bharat gas agency resided at warangal he told me to give Rs. 250/-. After an elaborated discussion had with Mr. Kishore and Nirmala Gas agency distributor I paid 250/-. I enquired with some other distributors for charges they told me that they are not charging anything for this service and they told me that it is prime responsibility of the distributor to replace the same. moreover I have take this last year only. I want some clarification regarding this whether these people is charged correcty or not because I am ready to go to consumer forum to lodge the complaint. My Consumer No. 106359 Name. my cosumer no. is AG 37779.for the last few days, whenever we are switching on the gas it is badly leaking from the cylinder. It is probably due to the regulator malfunctioning. i have now kept my gas cylinder off.
Please sort out my problem.

We are using Bharatgas for more then 20 years, since then we are using the same regulator, we have ask the agent if we need to replace it, but he told that its in a good condition and can continue the use. Many times we fill little gas leak . We call them for check but still no one bother to come. We have to replace the old regulator and get a new one.
I hope this complaint would be taken into consideration and the response team would come and check the required things

Hello sir, I am from NALGOMDA my cstmr. no. is 18704 by the A. Pushpalatha, my wife. today i went to Sri Ganesh Enterprises a Bharat gas distrbutor in Nalgonda asked to replace my regulator . They asked Rs.350/- wothout bill. I refused to give money and returned home . Before this, they collected a sum of Rs.1500/- on demand without bill for change of customer name, not only from me, from everybody who changed the the name. Plz let the customers know the services to be had from the agency. Now plz. let me know how to change my regulator.

I am Kishan lives in Bikaner in Rajasthan. my distributor name vedh magha ram gas agency of Bharat gas (jasusar gat road)today I go to their office for cylinder regulator replacing I ask them "what is the cost of replacing it they told me 190 I also ask them that is it necessary to have gas diary they tell me nothing about it ". in facilely (jaldbazi ) I buy that.
but when I was talk about it in my friend circle, my friends was told me that there it was cost free. please do.
