This is to inform you that I Amit Gupta Gas No. 21134 had not supplying gas for 1 month our gas cylinder has finished and they are not giving the gas . We had gone to them 5 times but they are extending the date every time . What can we do ? Please help us . Contact no. [protected]

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no.26867 in the name of Mr.Mukesh Sharma on date[protected] but till today[protected] have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor
Arora Gas Agency, 11/53, Geeta Coloney, Delhi-110031, PH[protected] . I had complained three to four times within two months but there is no response from agency side.Even they said, "if the cylinder is not delivered its not their duty, this is the responsibility of the delivery man.We are here to book your gas not to deliver".What is this, i mean, they dont know exactlly what their duty is.They dont attend their customers properly.Many times we are not done, they cut the phone line. Sir/Madam please take some action regarding this as soon as possible.

Today[protected] i also applied for the delevery.Consumer no.26867, Complaint no.2776158.Please Sir/Madam we are suffering a lot.

Dear sir,

This is omprakash my Gas connection number is 15968, agency name is Surya Gas Agency.
I have been calling to Surya Gas Agency since 30/08/2010, their phone numbers are 25321811, 25323727, 28010658 but their phones are going busy or no answering. I personally visited the agency dated 01/09/2010 and they tell that your cylender dispache 30/08/2010, but I did not receive any type of cylender, office person of Surya Gas Agency call to the supply person he says i gave the supply today but
today is not came. i am confuse where is my cylender going on. it may the grassed by the sky or earth or bharat gas supply person.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

LPG Gas — Regarding the response to our call made

Respected sir,
With due respect i wish to state that this is the third time i received a gas with leakage and when we call at our nearest gas station they donot take any actions to our complaints. It seems that after an accident they would look into this matter o[censored]s. So i request you to look into this problem as soon as it is possible.

I have been calling the distributor Coco gas agency, Gonda(UP) . In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 22/08/2010 but yet today on 07.09.2010 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Bharat Gas Service, Jajpur road, Orissa.

Their centre phone no[protected] always remain busy and tshows emporary connection failure. Maximum times they keep on the land line telephone receiver on table and kept open all the day to show busy. I am keep on trying from last ten days but unable to connect them to know about my LPG cylinder delivery status against my consumer no- 24789

I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I am holding Bharat Gas and I have applied for 2nd cylinder on 04/09/2010 but there is no reply from agency and i paid the full amount whatever they asked from me.But i checked online its showing that the delivery date was 06/09/2010.But i didn't receive refill cylinder till date.I am suffering a lot becauase when 1st cylinder is finised and 2nd is not delivered.

This is with respect to the complaint regarding the delay in supply of LPG GAS CYLINDER from the dealer of indian oil corporation palakkad.
In this we wish to inform you that the cylinder booked on 13/07/10 and as on today it is not delivered even after 60 days after repeated reminders and phone calls also.we are very much suffering with this kind of activities by the dealer.because we are not even getting any kind of positive reply from the dealer so far.
If we call the dealer Some times after 60 days also they are speaking like anything and treating us in very bad condition.

I requested for a cylinder on 08-08-10 by sending SMS Measage to Basaveshwara gas agency Yelahanka Bangalore, but as on date[protected] they have not delivered the refill cylinder. I called them over phone several times over by phone, they will answer that "you will get tomorrow". For get a one refiil cylinder is it right for a consumer should wait for a month and 10days. This is clearly showing their irresponsibility and negligence. So please kindly take necessary take action agaist of them and please solve my problem at the earliest because it is repeately happening.

I booked single gas on 06 sept 2010 at Trupti Gas (Dombivali-Mumbai ) Agency and everytime they don't have cylinders and delay it by 15-20 days. This is very pathetic service as there was no extra cylinder and have to suffer. I don't know why they serve in this sector.

When I called for follow up for cylinder they replied company have stock but not distributing to them.so its geting delay.
Their commitment delivery expected more than 10 days.

At the end of day we have no option, we request you pls.give us genuine service OR Close your Company & delearship.

At time of connecting your customership your people says refill servies they will give within 24 Hrs, and now its 24 days. how can we manage in the capital city.

Pls suggest, how to cancel your connections / customer ship.

My name is A.S.Prakash, residing at #193, Celebrity paradise, Doddathogur, Electronic City, Bangalore-560 100. My consumer No. is 11, the distributor is SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, Hebbagodi. We are not getting the cylinder on time. For every booking they supply very late, they supply one week late by bill date.
Most of the people working here are selling the gas cylinder by block to commercial people & non registered consumers at higher rate, Rs/-600 to 700 depending upon the consumers' requirements.
This is happening to most of the consumers in this area.
I request the concern authority to look into the matter at the earliest to stop this nonsense & help the consumers
