[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel Mobile — For refunding the money for unsuccessful recharge

Myself Dr Dinesh Choudhary from Trivandrum....using airtel mobile services from long time....i have recharged my mobile no ( +91-[protected]) through net banking for 1750 on 2nd october...i got the msg of successful recharge on mobile and money debited from my account but not credited to my mobile....i have lodged compliant at airtel mutiple times but no response by them..they are not giving satisfactory answer how it happenend.........
It is really a torture for a customer to call them mutiple times and write complaints on their online form for his own money..........
So i am writing to consumer forum..

Airtel — Unsucessful Recharge Money not Credited to Account

I have an Airtel Prepaid connection and recharged for Rs.999/- on 17th November 2008 through internet. The recharge was not sucessfull and the same amount has been debited from my account. .I enquired to Customer service & they told that the amount will be credited to my account 48hrs.but nothing done.

using Airtel mobile from last 4 year. on 15 feb 2011 I recharged my airtel mobile by 150 rs. using SBI Mobile Banking sbi has debited 150 to my account. But airtel has not recharged my mobile. Now Airtel not giving to refund my money. And airtel not agree to recharge. on demand of Airtel I Have send my account statement to airtelpresence . Now i am not ready to speak with airtel c. care because they are not understanding my problem. they should should not call me. many time I have given request with proof to refund my money. Again giving detail failed recharge transiction Id[protected] Time 8:54:45 Am. amount 150. Date 15/02/2011. mobile no. [protected]. Airtel
