sir i am Siddharth Patel and i am a common men today i was travailing in star bas from nadara bas stand to mundidep so than i found it the conductor(bulram kushwaha) from bus no. (MP 04 PA 1021) he was collect a extra money from passenger as well as he is not given a tekat of passenger and when any passenger want a tikat so he is given a abuse as well as he is given a valgor comment of passenger
bus conductors are not giving tickets to the passengers (this is happening in nearly all buses ) instead they are allowing them to travel at half rates and whatever money they get is going in there pockets they are not stopping the bus at the stoppages it creates lot of trouble that to in this season

is there any time table available? is there any site where we can find a bus route connecting two points necessary for us? if they are not, will you prepare some?
let the frequency of buses be 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes, write starting and last bus, people can find out next buses during above said interval.

i would like to appericate bhopal municipal corporation for running these buses, but i am very sorry to say that there dream project of my bus is not at all fully successful but it also not unsuccessful also, before the inauguration these buses are looking like the mini buses of bhopal, the behavior of conductors specially in the evening time when the colleges and offices are over they behave very badly in giving the ticket and the driver net stops at the proper stop.please give some behavioral training to drivers and conductors how to treat with the public, the electronic display boards of may buses are not working properly., there are no fans inside the buses, please also provide the information that where our smart cards centers are situated.

Bhopal has got Bus Rapid Transport System, but the private vehicle owners are reluctant about the use of public mode of transport "MyBus". Due to this reason heavy traffic of 2 and 4 wheelers on the routes is not curtailed, which is anticipated by the introduction of BRTS. Empty Buses rolling on BRTS route is a serious concern about its profitability. As a Senior Citizen of this City, I am also concerned about the profitability and best use of Public Transport System, in the interest of better environment and sustainability of huge investments done by Public Exchequer.
In order to curb the habits of Bhopalites for using their own vehicles and bringing on track the profitability of BRTS Public Transport System, I have some points to be observed/considered by the concerned authorities
1) Motivation efforts to private vehicle owners is necessary. The thought of raising fares of MyBus will bring back the system to run empty buses furthermore. Instead, if :
20% concession to 2 wheelers and 30% concession to 4 wheelers is allowed, on the Monthly Passes, or on Smart Cards of the private vehicle owners, they will like to shift to Public Transport Mode. On the one hand the rush of 2 & 4 wheels will be reduce, and on the other hand, MyBuses will be full with more commuters, resulting in more earnings.
2) When commuters will grow to avail public transport mode, they will tend to pay in advance for Season Tickets/Smart Cards, there will be more receiplts before hand to the Transport Orgnisation. The Smart Card retrieval system should contain 'check-in' and 'check-out' mode on its reading machine, so that, there will be least and exact fare be collected, with an exception of minimum fare.
3) The Stops and Buses should bear advertisement :
Save Petrol
Save Money
Save Time
Go faster
No Jam in BRTS corridor
Travel by MyBus.
2 & 4 wheel riders can get concession 20-30% in the Bus fare.
4) An ad on Stops/Buses "Thoda pedal chaliye aur swasth rahiye"

Dear Sir, its very painful to say that the time gap between two buses to same direction of SR 7 is more than one hour. More over the time table i still not certain or the service providers are not following any time table. Please pay attention or should i report further. thanks sir.
