[Resolved]  Bhopal City Link Bus Services, Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — Bus conductor refused to accept soiled note which was given by another bus conductor of the same company

I was traveling from city link bus of municipal carporation of Bhopal. on 20.05.2011. A bus conductor returned me soiled note of Rs. 5 (balance money after issuing me the ticket). I simply accepted because refusal is against the dignity of our mother india and government of India. However, in another bus of the same company bus RTO registration no. MP 04T 1013 (Bus route no TR-1) on the same day, refused to accepte the soiled not. He said" I will not accept this not at any cost even if it has been given by conductor of the same bus service provider. You can complain whereever you want to". The conduct of conductor and driver was very redue and heartning.

I would like to know what is the policy of the City link bus service, Municipal Carporation of Bhopal about "acceptance of soiled indian note" anf policy is not to accept soiled note then why the retrun the soiled note to the passengers?


What a passenger can do "on the spot" if conductor/driver behaviour is rude? To whom they shoul call/iform and how will I know "what action has benn taken against them and when"? What is the redressal system if they repeat the same behaviours?
