BIG BAZAAR KOTA IS WITHOUT PROPER AND UNSKILLED STAFF
1.THE ATTENDANT OR THE SALES PEOPLE ARE NOT HAVING THE BASIC MANNER TO DEAL WITH THE PEOPLE.
2.THEY ACT LIKE DUMB AS IF THEY ARE EMPLOYEE BUT DOSENT KNOW ANYTHING.
3.I[censored] ASK THEM WHERE ANY PARTICULAR ITEM IS? THEY WILL TELL THAT THE ITEM IS NOT THERE OR STOCK NOT AVAILABLE. LATER ON THE CUSTOMER HIMSELF WILL FIND THE ITEM FROM THE STORE.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TYPE OF EMPLOYEE AND SALES MANAGER BIG BAZAAR HAD RECRUITED????????????

I agree with you Vinod. Yesterday I went for shopping at Big bazar Kota & they made 2 mistakes in the same bill.
1. quoted the rate of maize Rs. 36 per Kg instead of Rs. 18 per Kg.
2. Charged the price of tomato in stead of cauliflower (the diff. in the rate of Rs. 20 per Kg)
Moreover when I talked to customer desk representative at help desk, he said "aisi chhoti chhoti galtiyan to hoti rehti hain".
These people are trained to do mistakes & don't have any repent on their doings.
Totally fed up with those guys.

THE STAFF THERE IS VERY RUDE AND A SERIOUS ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TOWARDS THEM.
I totally agree with Vinod on the way the people working at Bigbazaar is handling customer issue. My son has given a mobile charger(LG Optimus make) which become faulty with in a month and hasn't got back repaired or replacement piece as of now. These bas---- take lot of customer quality time without responding properly and not sticking to the promise they make. I have seen many customers with similar complaint in the same counter. They have one or two pieces of mobiles and doesn't have support services. Real cheaters and never buy a mobile from Big bazaar.
