I have purchased profit card of Rs. 5000/- for purchasing 6000/- consumable item validity 12 months. But there was no useful item available in store fro last six months.

So therefore i am requesting you to refund my profit card money as soon as possible.

The following purchases were done at Big Bazaar Store at Kota vide VAT Invoice No 112/587 on 25/01/2010 and Cash Memo No 112/587 dt 25/01/2010 Cashier LOKESH TIME 20.55.15

The good of value Rs 2007.00 were purchased and packed in one bag. On Inspecting the bag, a large no. of items (details below) were found missing while the bag and seal was intact .
