Dear Sir,
i has purchased one Ibeery Tablet 7" fro Bigadda.com on dated 31/10/11 by making payment through credit card by making payment of Rs 6990/. My payment was processed on 01/11/11 & my order no is 10024039 & my account on bigadda.com shows order 'completed".But till date 19/11/11, i have not recieved my item. i made repeated calls to customer care number [protected], which in turn always responds" all costomer care executives are busy". i called said numbers on daily basis for hours, but nothing happened, same response. Then i tried to call the numbers given in my return email, which i get on registration, but to more surprising ALL THESE NUMBERS ARE UNGETTABLE & SHOWN OUT OF ORDER OR DOES NOT EXIST.Then i felt that my money is get lost. i emailed my complaint to bigadda ([protected]@bigadda.biz) & [protected]@bigadda.in/com twice, but in turn got no response. At last i tried to get information abot company, surprisingly it was in name of RELIANCE. A big corporate house can make such frauds? yes..as per my experience.
I request you kindly resolve my problem & either they deliver my product or refund my money.Pls also tell me that can i register mu complaint in customer court, according to any law?
ALSO I WARN ALL CUSTOMERS TO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM BIGADDA.COM, I ALSO REQUEST ALL CUSTOMERS BETRAYED BY BIGADDA TO FORM A COMBINED PLATFORM & PERSUE COMBINED COMPLAINT IN COURT OF LAW.

Suppose say i[censored] r logging in and buying online in DELHI, while ur Credit card Billing address is actually a CHENNAI one, it sometimes might trigger fraud alert and it causes to classify ur transaction under "HIGH RISK" category (not everytime). i know one of my friend who purchased things from bigadda very smoothly using his credit card. he hasnt got a problem. But yes, the order does take 24-48 hours for approval, and thats a drawback.
