Bigadda.com Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I have ordered a Jabra Easy Go bluetooth on 29 Aug, 2012 from the site bigadda.com. On 11 September 2012 I received the order after 12 days.

When I open the packing I found 1 pc. bluetooth, 1 earhook and 1 charger only whereas on the packing its clearly mention that it contains 1 Bluetooth headset, 2 comfort eargel, 2 earhooks, 1 ac adapter and 1 quick manual. And to my shock I saw a b/w half A4 size paper...

My Order number is[protected] and I placed an order on 30th October 2011.
On 9th November 2011 ,I received a mail from support group of Bigadda stating that my order is approved and would be disptached in 10 days..
After the lapse of 10 days I tried calling their customer care which is always busy and also the other numbers are "Out of Order".

The support email id does not have any response.I see that...

i has purchased one Ibeery Tablet 7" fro Bigadda.com on dated 31/10/11 by making payment through credit card by making payment of Rs 6990/. My payment was processed on 01/11/11 & my order no is 10024039 & my account on bigadda.com shows order 'completed".But till date 19/11/11, i have not recieved my item. i made repeated calls to customer care number [protected], which in turn always responds"...

I had a really bad experience with Bigadda.com. I bought a head set from them on 9/22/11 (order number #[protected]. I paid using my HDFC credit card. Money has been debited from my account. HDFC has approved the payment. Even after 24 hours of making the payment, Myaccount portal in Bigadda says "Pending process by ICICI". I sent a mail to the customer care, but no reply. *I DON'T KNOW EHY THE HELL THIS SITE IS WORKING!! ITS TOTAL FRAUD!!!
*They are cheating with customers.

But till now I haven't got it. When I called the customer care four days back, they told me to wait for 7-10 working days. I had waited. And then I called again today, you know what they told, the item is not in...
