Bindal Agro Chemicals is ethically and financially sick . The man in Antriksh Bhavan who in 1989-90, got this equity cleared for a premium of Rs.40 is either the darling of the finance ministery or a financial criminal. If there is any thing like a Regulating Authority, it is certainly not fairly regulated. Men like Oswal are the slow- killer Satyams. It is time for those who are supposed to overview the functioning of the so-called corporate world to ensure that they perform with honesty and competence. AndTime has come for the fleeced small investors to take a united stand to knock some sense into the rampaging heads. Aam aadmi expects the Judiciary and the Regulating authority to deal with financial offenders and ensure fair deal to the investers who had paid Rs 50/- for the equity which after two dwcades of investment would, after demat cuts, may fetch a dozen rupees.And this amount cannot buy today what one rupee would have bought at the time the eqquity was bought.

Are these complaints, some of them grievances, to be addressed by the 7th Floor Antriksh Bhavan? Are these complaints too insignificant for the Regulating Authority to take note of? The entire Regulating Authority cannot be incompetent, concienceless and manipulable. Hasn't the limb of the Finance ministery, which granted a premium of Rs. 40 per share in 1989( as good as Rs. 500/ tody-- a huge amount), got both, the responsibility and the power to take remedial measures to disposses the oswals of this sick corporate and hand over the assets of this company to a band of honest and dedicated managers? Hasn't the judiciary got its watch dog that can intervene in this matter? Don't the Mnmohans and Sonias of the political leadership and babus of the administration realise of how harsh consequences this financial lawlessness can be for them and for their children. The shoe-welcome to our politicians during their election campaigns is as much a message to the political leadership as it is to the babudom industry and trade who are the cause of the misery of the downtrodden. Oswalji and his political bosses should perform without delay. or walk into the dustbin of times.

Apathy of the equity-owners, Qswals and their CEOs, Regulating Authority, the govt and the judiciary's watch dog to my comments will boomrang on all the parties.So, let all the parties concerned participate in the yajna of flushing out the inefficiency, corruption and spinelessness from the corporate houses, particularly the sick ones like oswals But such missions can sucseed, if Babudom takes the initiative or/and the poor investor makes a determined bid to face the criminal Brigade each one of the remaining parties are likely to let loose on us.I hope the political leadership will be able to visualise the fate of their dear ones for whose happiness they are pushing the common man to the wall and
the country into the jaws of disintegration
