150 shares are jointly held by my father in law, mother in law and myself. The primary holder is in the name of my father in law. Now both my in laws are diseased since 2007. How to get the shares in my sole name and in demat form. Also there is issue of dividend not received since the death of Primary holder. Please Advice. Folio no BI 319323.

My Father K.S. Nagendran expired 4 years back, K.S. Ramamoorthy is my father brother, I am having Death Certificate, Original Share Certificate, Legal Heirs Document and I will get letter from K.S. Ramamoorthy. I am having Demat account at ICICI Bank. Please tell me the procedure how to transfer these share to my demat account and what else document you will need sir. How many days will take to transfer these shares to my demat account. Do u have any Customer service center at Chennai.

I have 150 shares and 25 convertible Debentures of Bindal Agro Chem Ltd. How do I demat these shares/debentures. I have not received any dividend so far. My Regd. Folio No. is BI 358223. You are requested to register my complaint with a consumer forum.

All the monies collected by Bindal agro chem ltd is diverted with the help of their Auditors, govt official s, to the personal accounts of the promoters. Any cry made is supported by all the systems prevailed .
The corporate viel should be lifted. The promoters should be subjected to forensic audit.

all the shares of the old company has been submitted for demat process with the new company name.

I had purchased 25 FCD @ Rs. 200 per FCD in1989 of erstwhile Bindal Agro Chemicals. These 25 FCDs were later converted into shares.
I was having 150 shares which after converted into DMat and sold them recently. As I have lost the track how 25 debentures got converted into 150 shares. I would be grateful if someone can provide the details or add the image of application form.
