Ref: shipment No. DO[protected]WW Shipment was free as indicated in the bill of consignor. But the courier prson collected a sum of Rs 45/- & gave a bill of some other consignee with correction of my name & the said amount. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)

there was no where in the portal mentioning the one point of contact for complaints. Just check, It shows how much service oriented does blue dart is ?

You might have checked ARAMEX couriers sight and the way they respond in case of a complaint, any one can find the email id of the operations head for indian operations. This shows !
