BPL Mobile — wrongly charged twice

i have wrongly charged twice once for some chat application activation and now again they have charged me for call back tune. I have not given any request for any of these applications, i don't know why they give so much trouble to their customers. I need my refund back since i have not gioven any complaint. this number is used by my mom and dad. they know only how to receive a call and end a call.

Dear BPL Customer Care,

My BPL No. 1) [protected] Life Long & 2 ) [protected] One Two One Directly deducted money from my account as a caller tunes withought any selecting the Option & caller tunes as my side. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I hope you will carry my exing account balances.
