[Resolved]  BPL Mobile — Blackberry Services a farce

I have had the greatest trouble with this company for a while now, and the only reason I'm still doing business with them is because at this point I cannot go through a change in contact number. Have been with them for 5 years and everyone has my current conatct number.
The latest issue that I'm facing with BPL is related to their Blackberry services, or rather the lack of it. While they have activated the blackberry service on my phone account, I still don't have the settings on my phone. I cannot download it from their website, simply because they don't provide it there. Mobileassist asked me to go to the BPL Mobile Gallery to get it done. When I went there the person concerned had already left for the day. Someone then tried to direct me on the phone. We spent some 20 mins going back and forth after which he realized that he gave me the GRPRS settings instead of the Blackberry settings. I was then promised a callback which hasn't been done till now.
The reps at the call-center consistently release calls and are also extremely poor at understanding issues and communicating.
Is someone at BPL Mobile listening?????????????????
