I feel like cheated by BPTP. I have booked park-elite floor at Faridabad and I have paid 35% of BSP. However, I have not been alloted the property in the first allotement. When contactated to BPTP official, they also do not have any idea as to when the next allotment will be done. They have simply fooled us. By this mail, I request authority to take action against this fraud.

BPTP is not trustworthy company, we all should unite and punish this firm through media. We should also write highest forums like President of India, Chief Minister, Haryana State and other District authorities without caring whether they reply or not just keep such correspodences on record before showing them to Media.
i booked a flat in bptp elite floors and paid 25% of bsp, i have a loan sactioned for the remaining amount.
but when i submitted the loan sanction letter to bptp they told me that my name is not in the list and there is no surety that offer letter will be given to me in the second allotment. The bptp managment will decide if i will be allotted a flat or not...
there is no such clause in the application form and if someone booked a flat he/she should be allotted one.
they have blocked my money, otherwise i would have applied for some other property which were cheaper at that time
please suggest what i can do

BPTP has cheated many customers by allotting them elite floors in all their spare sector areas.Initially in their advertisements they said allotment for elite floor will be in 85 sector. Afterwards when they got large number of bookings, they allotted all their spare areas to all customers.This is a total cheat by BPTP, we should unite and raise our voice against them.
I also have similar issue with them . I am with you .
BPTP doesnot pay its contractors. Only those who have an under the table arrangement with the likes of their senior staff placed at Okhla office, are paid their dues. Those who sincerely deliver quality but refuse to grease the palms of their entire engineering chain (from billing engineer to Sr. Vice Presidents), are made to run from pillar to post for their bills and payments.
As a result, the worst quality of building materials are being used at their projects where only a corrupt organization can survive under the existing systems of BPTP.

Simple suggestion, --- Pl. do not buy ANY property in Faridabad. The prices are all a big bubble and ready to BURST. Better not cut sorry finger later. Stay away.

I had booked a villa in BPTP in 2008 (225 Sq yard) and till now BPTP has already collected 35% of BSP. BPTP has collected the money against completion of fondation. They had been talking about relocation since last two years but till now they have not furnished any definited reply. I am feeling cheated. Can someone give idea about their intention? BPTP is a big cheat.
Unfortunately, the congress government is not doing anything to stop BPTP's fraudulent activities.
I hear that it is Robert Vadra's -company -the son -in-law of Sonia Gandhi.
You should register a complain with the local police, HUDA, consumer court, and ministry of consumer affairs, and the media.
BPTP is a blot on the name of builders community.
BPTP is not a member of CREDAI also.

We have purchased a BPTP Parkland Plot - 302 yards area size in Faridabad, there were a lot of issues that we are facing.
First, it is the time it has taken to get the plot - more than 6 years now, till date no possession of this plot has been handed over to us. The customer service that is offered by BPTP Company Is one of the worst that I have come across in my entire life. The extra charges that they have claimed from us is way too high...and without any suitable reason. I request the concerned person to take strict action against this.

I am also a BPTP victim and fighting for refund with interest.
I found that getting a refund is better option.

You will get actual possession WITH A COPY OF THE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE,
OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE, LAY OUT PLAN, SANCTIONED BUILDING PLANS, SERVICE PLANS ETC. or refund with interest
