BMC " M " west, ward vertical complaint regarding the illegal construction on 22, 25, 26, 27 was by mail and two letters of complaints were BMC M ward department has not yet taken any associated reverse the senior officials of the depatrment supervisor killari mony trying to show the dismiss the case immediately to the official request was processed.

I hereby request you to please send your representative & visit the site then you know about the same & your office take immediate action for the illegal work is running without B.M. C. office permission
I hereby humbly request to take immediate & urgent action against the said illegal work and demolish the same and also take action against the said contractor MUTTU SWAMI under M. R . T. P. act
also due to use low quality material for the said illegal work any time collapse the said work & any common public arise! all these things note & once again request to take immediate action for the illegal work & demolish the same on urgent basis
the said contractor doing illegal work for long time in ' M ' ward but your office not taken any action against him and therefore he continuosly doing the illegal work which please note

Subject : Reapplication for complaint against putting of banners on footpath.
Dear Sir,
Prior to this application, already a complaint has been made on 26/02/2013 to your authorities regarding banners on foothpath by STAR TUTORIALS (situated at 297, Ishaq Manzil, Opp. Diamond Girls School, S.V.P. Road, Mumbai 3, causing inconvenience to the pedestrians.
It has come to notice that this complaint has just merely become a laughing stock against the authorities. No strict actions have been taken for the same. After Complaint the following action has been taken from your department :
1) Complaint put on 26 February 2013.
2) On 1st March 2013, the owner of STAR TUTORIALS himself removed the banners.
3) On 4th March 2013, Your people came on the spot removing photographs and stating that action has been taken.
4) On 4th March 2013, on same day at 7 pm again the banners are put on skill existing.
5) On 7th March 2013, I talk to Mr. Singh (Advertisement Inspector) regarding this banner.

6) Same day Mr. Singh came and remove the banner.
7) On 10th March 2013, again the banner are put on skill exiting.
8) On 11th March 2013, I Personally talk with Mr. Singh on Phone regarding the banner.
9) Same day Mr. Singh came and remove the banner.
10) On 13th March 2013, again banner are highlighted on same place.
11) Again Same action Mr. Singh taken.
12) On 18th March 2013, again the banner put on same spot, But this time he
start highlighted after 04.00 pm. After 9 pm again the banner has been
taken out and kept in class.
What to understand from such action. A mere show off or just for the name sake action was taken. The action has been taken just to take banner, but it has not been noted that if again and again rules are broken from an individual so why officer is not given any warning or Penalty. I regret to say that if Party’s complaint is not heard then what about common people. It s my humble request to take strict action against the pulling of banners on foothpath to highlight the businesswhich causes inconvenience to local people.
Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

Rameshwar Society is located on SV Road opposite Kohinoor Showroom (new), diagonally opposite Khira Nagar. Next to our Society is a Chawl which is called Khotwadi (Mistry Chawl). Most of the the slum dwellers have built a 1-storey structure which is permissible under the Law. However, under the Law, there is a limit upto which the height of the structure is permissible. Initially, most of the structures were within limits. However, as time passed by, we have noticed that the structures have now gone upto the 2nd floor equivalent of our building. Also, the slum dwellers are not utilising the 1st floor for their personal use. Instead, they are renting it out to Garment Manufacturers who are engaged in bulk stitching of garments (day & night). This causes a lot of nuisance in our Society. Also, the dwellers have encroached upon the boundary wall of our Society thereby violating the Laws of Construction Activity. As a matter of fact, one recent construction is right on the boundary wall of the Society and construction work is in progress. This construction belongs to a Milk Vendor called Anilbhai and he has raised his structure to almost a 2nd floor level. I request the BMC Authorities to look into this matter and demolish the illegal structures which not only violate the height norms and encroachment on the boundary wall of the Society, but also the illegal renting out of these properties to Garment Manufacturers.

I have given many return complaints of illegal shops which are completely on the foot paths and and all ready they have covered the service road also. But their is no action taken on them. Because of this vehicles are being parked out of the service road and the road is blocked. Because of this lot of noise pollution ( honking of cars) extremely crowded area. Shops sizes as per BMC rule are 6x2 feet but now it is 6x4. And their is no space for pedestrian to walk on footy paths. Pls pls pls. It's humble request to u people to take an action on this.
