i am a bsnl broadband 250 plan customer. i have been started this plan for about 22 months. but recently when after the date of 20 the plan gets exceeded even in a very less usage.the bill is very high. there is one site for checking the usage but i can't open it and i don't know the portal id and password.

My name is sudesh madhavi, and land line number is[protected]. My BSNL broadband internet is not working from past 3 months. No one is responding to the complaint at Nandivali telephone exchange at dombivli.

. I applied for new connection with broadband on 18/07/13 in Govindpur Bsnl office Dhanbad. However, there is no response until this time. When I consult to regarding connection, they make excuse and not providing proper answer.
