my bsnl. phone no. [protected] is not working well, It has always coming disturbance, so i can not listen voice clearly, I have been suffering from this problem for the time of establish my phone.your employee do not bother about this, Please solve my problem.

I connect bsnl data1 broadband connection. I want to see broadband usage and billing summary of bsnal landline phone.
my morderm dna-a221-1 is not working i want to get it changed very soon
My BB connection is not at all working since 15 days. Nobody turned up to repair in spite of biooking repeated compleints . The one most useless services in the world is BSNL BB.
sir my name is manoj soni from Jodhpur. my bsnl broadband connection is not connecting properly and he shows the error 691 and 718 and in the error they show the message that or username or password is not valid and when i tried the same password and user id more then 10 to 20 times then the broadband connection is connected.in the night when there is downloading is going on the broadband connection is disconnected automatically.in three months there are more then 80 complaints i have send to my nearest service center but there is no action has been taken and sir i am really told you that this is my last and final complaint regarding the broadband connection and if there is no serious action has been taken i dont pay any bill of broadband and i cut my broadband connection.

we are suffiring from problem that some website are blocked on our connection.If connet via dialup connection then all site are get open but not with BSNL broadband

It is only my infinite patience that keep me going with BSNL, especially the Broadband connection.At least two complaints per week.
As reply I always get lot of petty excuses.and the postponement of rectification of the complaints.
But I have appreciate that The billing schedule is really perfect in timing and volume.
What I observe is some kind of indifference to the work you do!!!

Iam using the Br. Band connection for the past5-6 months. in the normal 250 plan.But i am getting the exohibintantly bill for no fault of me for the past 3 months. complaints lodged with concerned officials
Please look into the matter and adjust the excess bill.amont in the coming bill.
Also please change my rate plan to 850 unlimitted from 1st April onwards..
