[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — data.bsnl.com

I am using the BSNL internet from past 1 month, i do not know how much MB am i using, and i also do not know my ID and my password to check the usage that i am doing?? please help me. can you please send me the id and password to my above e mail id.

I made an account on BSNL tunes portal... i gave my details & they said i'll get my login & password shortly but its 3 days now... is anybody sitting there to handle this work... or are u guys knitting sweaters...!

1) we can't see the usage details from the site using our portal id & passwod
2) my ph. no is[protected] & bill amount against this no is huge for this month

I have a broadband connection from the month 10 th october 2008 but till date I have not received the bill . but i went to the office and paid the amount after getting duoplicate copy. make arrngement to send the bill to the following address.

The worst customer service which i had ever seen .

My landline connection got transfered to another place which falls under the same exchange .

I have given the letter on 24 Dec, finally got the Landline connection on 31 Dec 2008.

But the boradband is still not transfered,
Spoke to the call centre more than 50 times

spoke to the exchange more than 15 times .

Spoke to the Devisional Engineer twice, who doesnt want to disclose his name .

But no output . STill Am waiting for my broad band to be up & functional.

I have an unlimited usage broad band connection at my residence. I am working in abroad.
Due to the line/broad band connection is out of order I am unable to contact my family since last one week. We have made complaint but no response yet.

Please help me.

My telephone is disconnectet at outgouing.

broadband was not working. but later on it was connected but browsing remains for some time and then fails. site is connected for some time only.

i have got bsnl bussness plan broadband connection from bsnl.In starting i got good only 112 kbps speed now i m getting very poor speed, when i complained to service provider, my complain will be registered .I m still waiting for solution.In my business area there is only bsnl who provided broadband service i don't understand what will i do.
I pay 9000 rs for this plan
Please take a neccessory action against BSNL authorised person. I will be thankful to you.

sir, the data.bsnl.com site has not been opening last day i.e. 31/01/2009. we could not access our account status. so pls restore the site as early as possible

i have broadband connection plan 250 at no.[protected] but since from one month the net was not connected properly. it often shows error no.678, if connected after few minutes it is disconnected and not in a position to work.
what is the problem kindly check and mail me
