[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband Services — Not able to get the Broadband connection!

It is most nececery information to you and also pray to you that I am a suscriber of your internet "broadband" connection since last year in the name of 'Cyber World' Prof of 'Ajit Shil' in last 7 days (07.06.08 ).I am facing a problem about Internet service during this days. Something connection fails whenever none also no signal in modem, several time I spoke with your office's Executive but no result have been short-out till to day many phone calls and three time complain also submited but
alas! no improvement about above matter.

So, Sir if you kindly notice my problem and get me a possitive result as I carry on business through internet where as my business go-on with internet.
So, Sir please sollution my problems as soon as possible.

BSNL Broadband Services — Not getting broadband usage

I could not able to get the proper usage of bsnl broadband.Though they give me the website to check the broadband usage http://bbservices.bsnl.in but i could not able to get into the website homepage.

Which browser are you using? In firefox that portal site doesn't open. Try it with Internet Explorer. Maybe this could help.

I am not able to get usage details of the Home-125 plan to which I have subsribed.Can you tell me how to go about getting the details

Computer Park — Broadband Usage

Dear Sir
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for more than 5 days. Occassionaly this problem arises we could not check our usage . Due to that we could not asses our usage. Please take neccessary action to solve this problem.

It is a shame that I have not received the broadband connection @ my house even after 2nd months running of our registration in BSNL. Went to the Telephone office again and again. No proper response.

BSNL Broadband — Not able to connect broadband

Sir,
From last two months i am not able to connect my bsnl broadband connections. My landline no. is [protected]

The broadband provided to the telephone[protected] vide consumer no MPJBP [protected] is not working for last one months. You are requested to kindly rectify my complaint.

BSNL Broadband Services — Less bandwidth and delayed servicing

BSNL assures better bandwidth but the server was down for 5 days till[protected] and god only knows why are providing only 25-30 Kbps after that even after boasting of a better connectivity.
