Dear concerned dept head,
I had Airtel broad band connection for two years, and it was working wonderfully. Inspite of that we
decided to go for BSNL!!!
during last 9 months there were several problems in connection, same was attended within 2 to 3 days.
but now last 19th April Broad band is completly dead. though I have lodge the complaint on 19th
bearing the No:A.P/1-563 but ther was no response evrytime I called I was given diff: complaint Numbers like 581 -, today again new number was given 596..Ttill now BB is DEAD.there is minor proble at exchange?
ARE WE GETTING ANY REBATE ON BILL???????????????
This is a Major concern why we go to PVT. companies like Airtel/ Reliance etc.
This mail I am farwarding from other facility.
SERIOSLY THINKING TO SURRENDER THE BSNL.

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE IS VERY BAD.I HAVE PROBLEM WITH BSNL BROADBAND FROM LAST 4 DAYS AND ALSO COMPALINT REGISTERED ON SAME DAY.BUT TILL NO ANY ONE GETTING COPMLAINT PROPERLY.ALSO I CONTACTED MR PUJARI WHO IS THE INCHARGE OF BSNL BROADBAND.WHAT I DO????...VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE FROM SERVICE TEAM.
