[Resolved]  BSNL — No outgoing sms

I am unable to send an SMS for the last 3 years due to some problem with
the service. I have launched several complaints with the customer care
centre but to no avail. My number is [protected] in west bengal
Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible if at all BSNL cares for
its customers.

Sir, I am not receiving any SMS from any where in my BSNL post paid number [protected], where as out going SMS service is OK, kindly solve the problem.

My prepaid cell no. is [protected].I am unable to receive SMS from four days even I compliant to BSNL customer care.

My BSNL Maharashtra & goa no. [protected] & [protected] which I had converted through MNP from Tata indicom Up East to BSNL Maharashtra & Goa few months back.
On those numbers BSNL self-service (*123* or *123*1...16) etc are not working. It displays only my no. With Balance & validity.
Please try to resolve my such pblms as soon as position.
