(1) Non-receipt of Hard copies of both the telephones bills( Land phone[protected] & Mobile no.[protected] ) from Dec.2011 in my Home address(122, Gauranga Sarani, Garfa-Kantapukur, Kolkata-700078)
(2) Frequent interruption/disturbance in my Broad Band service, causing much inconvenience to carry out my job.
Please look into the matter & do the needful.

Barcoads on the bills, printed from calcutta telephones website, are not readable by the reader in the cash counter.
The above link is printed on the Bfone Express Bill received from counter.
Either that link can be acessable by all, or proper bill is to be downloaded from calcttatelephones website, so that time can be saved during payment of bills.
