my residence telephone number [protected], is not working from past two to three months, i request by giving complaint to the local calling, but sorry we have not got any proper respones,
i would kindly request o2 change the insturment immeditaly as soon as you login the complanint, i would request to place a id caller phone for my mum because she is not able to come to office and complaint, i would request to look in to this mater and do the need full at the earliest.

BSNL — Requesting proper cabling for our telephone
We were requesting several occations to remove the existing overhead wire connection and replace with underground cable connetion for my house connection. Maximum of the period the phone was dead due to this problem. Still we are making the payment as per the bill plan. Even I am suffering from the same problem. Since 30th May 2009 I have been facing problems with my landline connection. I lodged complaints several time, also went to the SDO office, personally gave him a letter about the problem I am facing with the landline but to no avail. Till date the problem has not been resolved but every month I do get an sms from BSNL stating about the bill details that is generated every month. Why the hell should I pay this amount when I am not using the service?
BSNL landline service is the worst in India. I just don;t understand when we are paying money for the service why the hell the service providers do not keep up to their commitment of quality service and how can they just ask us to pay the bill amount without proving proper service?

sir, my self having BSNL prepaid mobile No:[protected] and have around Rs.325-350 balance on 02/12/09 upto18.15 hrs,
Suddenly i have tried to made a call at 19 hrs but i found at that my balance is Rs.00.whether i have not use my mobile during this period (18.15-19.00) when i was complained regarding this on call center they have informed me that u have use internet during this period and you have down load for that complete rupees.
Sir i want to know how i have lose this much balance without using my mobile.can anybody can use my accout without my permission?

BSNL Landline — land line dead in three months ago we paid bills every month
our home phone no tvn 251463 this number was not working since three month we were compliant to the authority person but no respponce so my father told to me "disconnect the connection and purchases new line from private (reliance) phone" what will do? I, Cdr PS Josan would like to cancel my BSNL land line connection No[protected] along with BSNL Broadband with effect from 01 Mar 2010. I have cleared the last bill no 56281213, (connection no 2197114) of Rs 865/= dated 04 Feb 2010 on 23 Feb 2010.
I therefore request you to return my fixed deposits of BSNL Land Line and BSNL Broadband at the earliest.

I have been a serious customer of BSNL. But the kind of service I have been getting for the past 5 months for my complaints have left me in state of shock, to say the least. My Land Line No is[protected]. My landline connection had gone dead for the past 5 months and I don’t have a responsible reply from any authority for the frequent requests that I have been making.
Here is the history:
1. First week of the Nov-2009: My phone line connection went dead and I lodged a complaint (Complaint number 198 /[protected].
>>> We did not here from your staff – no response
2. 15th march 2010 I called the Raipur (Pali). They said to send a reminder to the appropriate authorities.
4. 17th march 2010 I called Mr Prajapat (BSNL Officer at Raipur)(Mobile no is [protected]).
He replied that he will look in the matter.
5. 22nd March 2010 and 26th March 2010 I called to Mr Garg. (Who is an officer sitting in SOJAT Office; His no is[protected].
He confirmed that he will solve the problem before next Monday (According to his statement my no should be repaired before 29th March 2010)
6. Finally I contacted GM Office Pali Two times[protected]rd march 2010 and 31st march 2010) .
There was no action taken by the bsnl officers in last 5 months.
This disconnection is putting me through a lot of difficulties, as I have gone without phone at home for over 5 months.
I don’t understand why they did not repair my Landline no from last 5 months which doesn’t speak high of the quality of Service that I have been getting. I request you to take appropriate action.
Unfortunately your services have been pathetic and horrible.
Since the phone is dead, we are paying for the bill from 5 months without any use.
Have request
1. Repair my connection and let me know when it will be done ASAP.
2. If you are unable to repair, disconnect my connection and refund whatever we paid during this period (i.e 5 months)

my telephone no.[protected] withh broadband service.usually everymonth bill generally gets delivered at my house mr.anup kumar bhattacharyya, 197/2, banerjee praroad.dist.shyamnagar-743127 dist, 24 parganas(north) but last month around third week i was supposed to receiv the bill fo the month of apr'2010 and which i would have paid by 29 h of the same month .but almost oneweek have already been passed but tlandline bsnl bill for apr'2010 has not yet reached to me for which i could not make the payment .please send the duplicate bill as fasr possible.
BSNL — LANDLINE NOT WORKING FROM MARCH 2010
My landline[protected] and the broadband connection through it have not been working from 25th March 2010. After repeated complaints to BSNL staff and A letter to the Editor of a newspaper, I have been provided a wireless connection . But its performance as a telephone and interconnection through it hve been extremely erratic, slow and undependable. Even after 4 months my regular landline is not functioning.On 29th July one BSNL staff visited my home , looked at the instrument, asked us where the connection is coming from outside and left without doing anything.
Next day (30/7/2010) two persons from BSNL come at 2p.m, look at the site where the external connection comes in, again leaves without doing anything, saying that they have not had lunch and will come back the next day.
After that nobody has come at all and our phone remains dysfunctional.
Yet on 30/7/2010 I receive a message on my cell phone, from BSNL Portal, saying that my telephone has been repaired 0n 29th July 2010 !!!
My repeated attemts to contact the Engineer or the Lineman from the local exchange have not been successful, because neither of them attends the calls.
So here am I still stuck with a BSNL phone and broadband connection not working at all even AFTER 4 MONTHS AND 1 WEEK.
my LL no is [protected] more times giving compliants and registered and persionally i said to the JE but he is not responded most of the LL are disconnected for reason but evey month bill will send to the home we are not using with in one year pls disconnect that, any alternation giving to me. But those are not responded I hope our fault will be attended immediatly and iam asking WILL NET not giving we poor so we want 279 home plan but not given
