[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — no action against our complaint

Now, from the last 40 days our phone is totally dead. We have booked our complaint so many times online.

But, no action taken.

How, we communicate with other people.

In October made complaint several times and my telephone worked only for some times and I will have to pay full month rent, beside that lot of inconvinence caused to me for that I will have to go in LOK ADALAT or consumer court..

BSNL — Not Working Properly & Not Taking any Complaint or Request

I want to Inform that I have Buy BSNL landline Connection before 1.5 year. I had no any use of that connection. and not use any call for Out going or Incomming. so
after 15 Days I went to BSNL office for close my landline Connection. but they are not taking my application for closing process. then after some Days they send me for Monthly Bil. but when I have not use landline so why I pay this Bill ? and at present after 1.5 they had also send me bill. I can not under their policy. their staff is also lesy and uneducated.

i was apply for the bsnl landline connection 1 month ago on behalf of my wife's name (anita singhal) but didnt get the connection till now.. and i have pay 1625/- for the connection and whenever we go to the office for the complainting ur staff didnt response and does misbehave to us and say that i[censored] want to the connection then take otherwise dont take we dont care aur kehte h lag jayega lag jayega hum apne aap aa jayenge lgane k lie apko yahan bar bar aane ki jarurat nhi hai... i live at 552 1ST FLOOR SECTOR 23, GURGAON HARYANA - 122017.. my no is [protected].. and my CUST ID-[protected] AND D.N.No. [protected]... plz do the take action...

My name is Imran Khan. My land Ph no.[protected]. My landline not working properly from last 1 year. I give many complients. but no action he will be taken sir. i have register the complaint many times through automatic complaint booking. every time i received docket no. for the complaint. but there is not result of the problem. i have personally talked to the bapatla branch head but still there is not a single answer from BSNL..
Very often we have this problem for a dead phone we use to pay rent .In A COMPETITION world why you are providing a worst service .If you are not able to provide service better close cut this line or I have no option except cancelling the line due to your worst service that you may understand.

pls consider and take action imeediately.

BSNL -CHENNAI — UNSATISFIED SERVICE

My name is K.A.Janardhanan - BSNL fixed new Landline[protected] and Broadband connection in my house during 2008. While fixing new connection they told me that no separte junction box available, so they are taking the line from the next house junction box with a cable and connected to my house.The fixed cable was on the Electric main wires from the electricity dept post.many times it was touching the electric line and the spark and the connection cut. many tiems I have complaint the BSNL after few days one of the technican from BSNL WILL come and fix the same wire and tell me the junction box not available and the quatation not approved etc. THIS IS THE 4 TH YEAR LAST WEEK I HAVE COMPLAINED AGAIN THE SAME DIALOGUE, IF ANY SHORT CRCUIT HAPPENED AND LOSS OF LIFE ETC THE BSNL IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE . SUGGEST ME WHETHER NI CAN GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND LODGE COMPLAIN.

from last 3 to 4 days we are not communicated with any person on mobile. I have also complaint to the consumer care no so they answer that the server is not working properly,

My phone is out of order from last 4 month.So many times complaint has been made to BSNL authority.But no action has been taken. I am now planning to get disconnect my phone number but BSNL authority say before disconnect the number you activate the same after that disconnect. Many time also my phone was out of order for more than 20 day. I am totally unsatisfied with BSNL services.

BSNL — No action against complaint

i lodged a complaint in BSNL that my phone line was dead on 3/12/11 but no action had been taken till 8/12/11. when i went to the telephone office to complain about it they told me that i had not lodged a complaint. I was also unable to produce the docket number as i forgot to do so. i had to lodged a new complaint and for their fault i had to suffer. It is all because of their insincerity and laziness i had to bear such discomfort.

My telephone is not working properly and broad bend is also not functioning. I have filed so many complaints in last three months but all in vain. No body from BSNL came to solve my problem till today. It is matter of great regret that BSNL is failing to attend omplaints in time this leads to encourage tha the customer to switch towards another tele compny. I hope that some positive responce will be there and some amicable help will be provided. In case if this has not been done i will have only alternate to resort court of justice for my greivences

i am kumar from bangalore.i am satying in marthhalli.i have landline connection from last 2 years.my phone is dead for last 1 month.even i complain raised and i visited vimanapura exchange several times.but they are treating the cusomer like enemy...i am not able to understand why custome is screwd up.please sir treat as customer...when we asking question why the problem. they are replying cabling problem it will rectify today but this is my 15th visit...cabling problem in Munikolala near dental college(marthahalli).please take the action to recover sir...

here custome are so much confusion how to pay bill without any service...

BSNL — In Spite of complaining several times, issue is not resolved

My BSNL Broadband connection is not working for more than last 15 days, and I have complaint for more then 5 times. One response I always get from the BSNL is that it will be fine tomorrow..and so on!!. I use my connection just for internet purpose only then why should I pay for the full month when I havn't used it for more than a month. Am I wrong?

Also at the time of taking the connection in Jan'12, the person who came from BSNL for setup and installation didn't did his job correctly and just installed it so and so. I was not able to use my wifi modem with any other computer but only with the system he used for installation. That also I have complained many times to correct it but it is not resolved till yet. I am really pissed off..!!

since last month I land line ph no [protected] not in working condition A complaint to this effect already booked at SDO ( Phones) jhunjhunu but as on date no action taken to repairing the said Phs May I hope a responce will be given on the complaint. BSNL Landline — billing and responds

even in every month if i dint dial to anyone also my telephone bill amount is above 500 and the customer care is also very poor its showing no that's soul, we cant contact there.
