BSNL Landline — Refund of deposit on surrendering Land Line

I surrendered my Tele No[protected] on 12th March 2012. On surrendering I filled up a form with Bank account details on 06.08.2015 regarding the place where to post the refund and i gave my home address in West Bengal. After few months when I enquired about my refund, BSNL replied that they've already despatched it to KharagPur (KGP) Office. But Till now I have not received the amount at my account. I really appreciate the Grievance Cell, for atleast their response. Of course, further it doesn't made any result.. as it again trapped in the same RED TAPE net. Please advise the way it can be retrieved.

I have received security deposit amount cheque of Rs. 909.00 dated 27.12.2014 but this cheque revived very let after cheque validity. The employees refer to ll kinds of non exsitant polcies to return your letter of request of surrende rof landline.

The subscriber is dead, and they expect that there should be clarity on legal heriship even for surrendering the line- Im not even asking for refund- just telling them to stop billing, and they dictate words and sentences that should be given in the covering letter to the surrender form and send the bearer back each time witha different correction- how petty and pointles. GOD save India.And yes, the tax payers money going to these heartless no gooders rankles.

I surrendered my Telephone No. 2696684 on 26 Nov 2016 at badlapur East Telephone exchange office as per the discussion they said the rufund amount will be provided in cheque within 2-3 months, but its more than 6 months still did not received the cheque.

I have tried calling for more than 100 of times on no: 2208188 for enquiry but on one picks up the phone. This no. was given to me by staff working into telephone exchange to do refund enquiry.

Please look into it at the earliest and refund the amount. for more details of mine you will get it from bsnl database thorough above given mine landline number.

I am Shri Pravin Vishnu Gore was having BSNl land line tele. connection in Dombivli (W). Tele. No,[protected]Customer ID [protected] - Account No. [protected]). I surrendered/close my tele. connection w.e.f. 23.02.2016. Later I received a SMS from your office (BZ-BSNL Care) on 17.04.2016 saying that a credit bill of Rs.2401/- has been raised and due date is 03.05.2016. But so far the amount is not credited to my saving bank account through which I used to pay BSNL bills every month.
I request you to look into the matter advice me about refund at the earliest.

telephone connection.

Sir,
This is to inform you that the landline telephone bearing no.[protected] under my name (SUPRIYA SAMANTA) have been surrendered maintaining all formalities as per rule. However, after a lapse of more than a year, the registration fee amounting to Rs. 2000/- has not yet been refunded. All the relevant documents have been attached herewith for ready reference.
In this reference, I would urge you to arrange for payment of the aforementioned refund amount after being adjusted with the last bill and also the interest accrued due to the delay. I will be very pleased if you kindly make the necessary arrangement of debiting the net amount payable to my SB A/C No. [protected] at SBI Burdwan, Main Branch (IFSC SBIN0000048).
Also, at this point it is very relevant to mention that the spelling of my name in the bank account (Supriyo Samanta) is different from the name under which my connection was held (Supriya Samanta). In this regard, I have attached a photocopy of the affidavit clearly stating that the two people are one and the same. This is to avoid any unwanted deterrent towards the transfer of the refund.
