i have [protected] bsnl mob number above 4 years... now i want to change my network bsnl to reliance. I submit UPC code @ reliance before 20 days and they are proceeded as usually. but, my account did not disconnect from BSNL until. One customer care person called me from Coimbatore and asked, why go to reliance. after my answered they accepted, then said, after feb 2nd ur network would be disconnect. until this second my network is in active @ bsnl. customer care persons duties are very poor and did not proper answer... disconnect when talking... what to do? sir... immediately take response.. pls kindly accept my request... My number s [protected], my 30rs deducted on march10. I spoke with c care, they d't gvn proper information. I[censored]r not retturn my balance, im going to port out.
i am loosing my balance without any conformation message from bsnl and i am unable to contact costumer care

My mobile No [protected] is charged for services I never ask for. It happens always. Now everyday they deduct Rs 2 each for Sawal ek lakh jeeto services which I never play or asked for.Even if I send STOP message to given No 57171 and nothing happens. Why to fleece the customers like this? I am forced to look for another honest and efficient service provider.

Sir I had made application in Tuljapur Dis.Osmanabad (MH) for BSNL regular card and Agri card on the date of 25/03/2014. At that time person of BSNL exchange check my both forms and he says me OK. Then he gave me regular card and he told me that there is wating for Agri card.
Then at 01/05/2014 I get call from BSNL office that take card, 0n 02/05/2014 I take my New Agri card No.-[protected].
But until it is not active, with in this period I contacted office they tell me that software problem, then "it will be start after 3 days", as like...
Then I make online complaint, but untill it is not resolved, My complaints nos. are MHR/CO/2014/3313 &
MHR/CO/2014/3314.
Today again I visited the BSNL office they told me that "My application is incomplete", then how they check my form.
So please tell me that I paid 150/- for service then my right is that I get service.
But they treat me roude behavoiur, there was no any higher authority at that time.
Todat I submit furthor document, but untill my card is not active or there is no signals to my mobiles.
Please start my sim.
Then at 01/05/2014 I get call from BSNL office that take card, 0n 02/05/2014 I take my New Agri card No.-[protected].

I have a 3G mobile( no [protected]) connection in my name and I used to recharge for 1GB date, on 03.04.2015 I recharge for 198 rs and mistakenly instead of rs 198 shop keeper recharged for rs 199, which is for roaming free which the shop keeper nor the consumer knows . BSNL is claiming roaming free and I don't know why they have they are still keeping this 199 option for looting the consumer in villages for the mistakes they commit, the pity side is that their is no option for reverting or changing the recharged amount even though you have not used it. My humble request is to stop that 199 plan if you are claiming that you are giving roaming free.
