[Resolved]  Call Ezee — Service not provided at all and money taken

I made a contract with call ezee that they will send 25000 SMS for promotion of my business. They told me that this will be done in 2-3 days and they will send me starting 4 and last 4 digits so as to confirm the work done. It is more than 2 months now, they have sent me any details. I have called them many times and asked for refund of money as it is too late for advertisement. They say that they will refund the money but nothing have been doine inspite of many calls. Ihave proof of contract and proof of payment.
