Hi,
Due to the brand name castrol, i decided to get my bike servicied from castrol bike zone, near air force station, gurgoan haryana. NIce infrastructure of service station, but after service what i found they didn't washed my bike well all the dirt was as same before the servicing. I am blaming castrol for this but castrol should perform a quality check before alloting its brand name, because a trust factor is with the name of castrol and wish it should not get broke with its loyal customers. I am regular customer to Castrol Bike zone. I had a very bad experince with this guys in Vishakapatnam, Gurudwara branch. Initally i given my bike for servicing on May 2009 and was not satisfied with their services and when i got a call customer care from main branch of castrol Bike zone for servicing i explained them that i am not at all happy with the services. As per their assurance i had given for servicing again on August 2009. When i went to collect my bike Karizma i was happen to see my number plate got damaged and they didnt informed me about that and simply applied fewiquick. when i questioned them they told me they will arrange a new one. When i reached home and another shocking thing is that the side cover of my karizma is also damaged. when i went to the servicing centre no body given me a proper response and it is a cheap behaviour i had seen in a high servicing environment. Simply they told me that it was a small damage and it will be resolved by applying fewiquick. I really dont understand what type of services are this people offering to us. If it is just a matter of 5 rs Fewi quick then we would have done it. But do we have security for our bikes my answer will be absolutely NO. I am going to file a case and i want to teach them a lesson. So that it may not be happend for other people from next time onwards.
