[Resolved]  Castrol Bike Zone — Worst Service & Non educated pesron in the WOrkshop

This is the first experience I had with with Castrol Bike Zone. My Vehicle Honda Unicorn (TNO7-AS-9226) serviced by Castrol Bike Zone team on 20th August 2009
KANDY RAJA AUTOCARE,
23, NELSON MANIKAM ROAD,
AMINJIKARAI, CHENNAI - 600 029.
The Vehicle was Pickup & Delivered by Castrol Pickup team.The Vehicle was serviced & delivered on the same day(During delivey I am not there in my house.It was handed over to My Wife by the Catrol Bike Zone Pick Up team).From day one after the service My vehicle did not get self started & I visited the Bike zone (KANDY RAJA AUTOCARE, 23, NELSON MANIKAM ROAD, AMINJIKARAI, CHENNAI - 600 029)on 28th August 2009.I informed about the issue to the shop supervisor (Syed) & he did not provide the respose properly and he did not know what exactly causing the issue.I asked the him ,these things should be checked during service itself...but he didnot responded properly.My Vehicle is not properly serviced & hence still I am facing the Issues.

I recommend Dont go for Castrol Bike Zone for Service..Very Very Poor..

I agree with Muthuram, castrol Bike zone people are not good in servicing. After the service self start was not working asked them to fix that but they are not ready to do and forced me to make the payment for the service. I did... (this was happened two years back). a year later they called me and offered something about a bike serivce in that time i blasted the person who called me
(i was able to do that only)

Please don't give your daily and important partner (bike) to the people like castrol bike zone. Find one good mechanic and always buy the orginial spares to your vehicles..

My Experience is also very bad in NOIDA based Castrol Bike Zone, I choose a Gold Service pack i am shocked in Gold Service what the mechanic done he just change the Engine oil, Air Filter. When i asked him to clean spark plug and carburetor he says sir the service is done. This is totally a "". So guys never trust on Castrol Bike Zone and never go there for your bike service if want run your bike smooth.

Almost all the bike zone are like that...they simply get the name...waste of money and worst service...
