I would like to introduce me as one of the victim of castrol Bike service centre. I own a Passion Plus bike which was regularly maintained by Hero Honda Show room. I made a blunder mistake by taking my bike to Castrol falling to trap for CASTROL name.
First Service.- In November, I took the bike. My complaints were given. They said there is a crack and they would weld in Chase. I believed. But my bike was given not as per commitment. I spent 2400 rs. After this my bike lost its power, originality and its pick up and mileage.
Second Service: Same problem. They said they would look into this. They made it look as everything is fine. This time bike was perfect was disposing. Then I had go back to My Hero Honda Show room, they opened and showed before me. To my surprise Castrol has fooled by Applying MSEAL to cracks. Now OIL is leaking and I Had to spend every 10 days.
Castrol Called back for service. I complained and they requested to bring. Supervisor agreed that Mseal was applied. The following is his Justification:
1. The team did not made me aware as they don’t want customer to be get worried.
2. They have tried an alternate with out informing me and said that option failed
3. The same was not communicated to me second time because they don’t want customer to get worried
4. Now they say if I spend another[protected] they will fix it.
5. I requested for a refund and action on the above. He said I have taken to another showroom.
6. Then I said I would escalate and wait for an reply from Castrol
7. Supervisor said you can do whatever you want.
So my bike is a patient and it has been taken to doctor. Doctor instead of revealing true fact, he would do an alternate and if it fails. He would say that is because Bike engine is bad.
By this I think this feedback might go into Trash as Castrol is not going to act. I have strong reason for this statement. My friends had similar. One of my friends escalated and he was convinced that issue would be looked. But no reply, Castrol, please look into this issue, you might miss many customers. I may be a single drop. But many drops can make a ocean. I have already conveyed to my friends and as much as I can abt this. So Castrol Take care and keep up your good work.

All the meachnics are ill trained, superviors work hard to give their worst perfomance, fanchise openly loot the custmoers and bring a bad reputation to the name of cAstol as well.
