This is Vikrant,
I Completed BSc in 2008, I worked for Sonata Softwares for 3 Years. After that i got an offer from Centrics Infotech, Hyderabad. They recuited me and sent to Bangalore. After i reached to banglaore, i settled my self in the Nearest PG. When i joined in that Company, i shocked. It is not a Company. Its a Consultancy kind of Company. There are around 30 employees in that Company and the salary is 5k. After some days they send me to level 4 and 5 Companies in bangalore as a contract Employee. I worked for IBM For 8 months. After that they callback me to Centris. I was flirt with the policies of that company. I ask for Relieving letter for the work i did in Centris. They asks me 75k for that.
Please dont join in that Company. They will select very quickly in the interview process.
Finally To choose the Best way, better to avoid in the Centrics Infotech Route. Its very nasty and damage road by the company people.

slakshmi's response CENTRIS INFOTECH SERVICES being an ethical company and we have a sizeable employees working in our projects all over India and most of them completed more than 3 years but still continuing with Centris due to the professional approach of our company. With respect to the compliant above posted, the company makes it very clear for any cause of action of any employees left without a proper handover/absconded/without proper notice. Also the names mentioned in the above complaint never worked in our company and it seems someone who purposely want to damage our images and company name due to some of their person reason and there is no true in any of the statement given in the complaint. You are right vikrant, you are perfectly right about this. Me also faced the same kind of problems. The main problem is those are asking money for relieving you from the service. What kind kind of will do like that to their employees. Those people are just don't deserve to be called professional. Bloody cheaters,
