[Resolved]  Centris Infotech Services Pvt Ltd — fake company, cheaters, career wasters

Really I experienced such kind of rude and unprofessional behaviour from these people. They make you to work like in prison. In the last when you going to leave this company they will blackmail you.

Certainly one of the worst Organization to be employed at is CENTRIS INFOTECH PVT LTD..., They just don't behave in an un professional way but also blackmail people of ending there career's. They accuse employees's of false things and finally try to threthen by bringing Law into picture.
SasiKanth - a person whom you end up callling god after your first meeting with him getting carried away with all the amazing lecture he gives about life and purpose and humanity but not to late or rather very soon you would be alarmed to see his real face of a Black Viper, a ridicuolous Lier, a fraud, a cheat and a puppet being played at the hands of his HR Lakshmi.
Lakshmi who has insulted the woman communtiy with her dirty attitude is never open for peace but only threats...She blackmails the employees telling them she would have there carrier's ended with negative replies during verification calls...

Its nothing but Helll...God Save innocent people and people please be aware when you get calls from this place.

CENTRIS INFOTECH SERVICES being an ethical
company and we have a sizeable employees working in our projects all over India
and most of them completed more than 3 years but still continuing with Centris
due to the professional approach of our company.

With respect to the compliant above posted, the
company makes it very clear for any cause of action of any employees left
without a proper handover/absconded/without proper notice. Also the names mentioned in the above
complaint never worked in our company and it seems someone who purposely want
to damage our images and company name due to some of their person reason and
there is no true in any of the statement given in the complaint. Anybody having any queries about us can
contact us directly for any clarification.

i will not accept the above complaints and i am working in this company since last 3 years and they are very professional in every manner. yes if some body the company found fake or some employee run away from the project in middle, the management take action which is as per the agreement what we are signing at the time of joining. so please don't believe of these unwanted comments by some unwanted persons.

I would like to share my experience with centris infotech. I got selected with this company with good package and on getting job offer i found they treat employees like family... After few months i found there true colors especially Lakshmi and SasiKanth...
I think thy leading this company just for earning money, no professionalism, no respect, no dignity, They need only MONEY, MONEY, MONEY...
This Sasi kanth such a worst fellow in the world, he will give u BIG lecture on soceity, human living, Life formula everything like he great person... In reality he is a BEGGER for money like professional begger...
Lakshmi, she is AB in centris which assitant begger for sasi kanth...
PLZ PLZ dn't hear at this company name also... Surely Ur future will enter into hell ...

Guys, Same had happened with me in 2013. I server 2 months notice via Email, also sent them a signed hard copy of my resignation letter. First they did not respond and when I call them, Lakshmi said that I have to pay Rs. 75000 for leaving the company as I am not allowed to leave when I am working on client location. Also, They did not hire or sent any replacement of mine to client till my leaving date. Instead, they sent their guy names Venktesh to threaten me. That guy was fighting with me in client place and was saying that he will ruin my career, He will never verify my verification calls also will complain in NASCOM and will make me blacklisted employee.
But, I left the company on the completion of my notice period by informing the Client and also sent Lakshmi and Shashi a mail that it's my last working day, please provide me my relieving and experience letter. The next day I went to Sanjay Nagar, the Centris Office to collect my relieving and experience letter but what happened with me there was completely unexpected. Lakshmi abused me like anything and so did Sashi. They called one guy who knows kannada and ask him to call the police as I was not willing to leave their Office without getting my required documents. But police didn't come (may be they did a DRAMA only) . the whole day I was there in office only but no one replied to me. At 5 PM Lakshi's husband (the old man sitting in reception) closed the office asking me to come next working day.
After that They started threaten me that They will go to the court against me and also asked me to pay Rs. 100000/- saying that this the money I have to pay to recover their loss which they got due to me. Saying that their client has left them. But that client is still working with them.
So guys that was my story. I hope it will some one to understand the cheating level of this company.
