my consumer no-[protected], reading date 11/05/09, Domestic unit consum is -0, you are swaing previous reading is 3279 and present reading is same 3279 and unit is 0 .but originaly to day reading is 3770 on 22/05/09.I hope you send without reading that meains next month reading will come very mutch more and rate table will high slab.so you are requiested please rectify the bill according to reading and oblige to avoid the high slab. Please verify a meter 3832929 in 26th East Road, Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700 075 is not functioning. It's stick to an fixed reading for last 3 months. Please check...

i m susila singh. my consumer no is [protected].i received a bill of Rs.1690 for the month of october which is unimaginable. i made a written complain in ballygunje mandeville they have given me a complain reciept and have taken my mobile no
but no feedback yet and again i received a bill of rs 810 for the month of november.
i haven't paid my bill for the previous month yet but if nothing has been done then why the complain was taken just to give the consumer a false satisfaction. i have totally lost faith in your system. it's a last request to you to do something.
