As I was working with Cholamandalam Dbs Mumbai Thane Branch as a Process Incharge.My resign month is Oct ’08 and till date I have not received the PF Reimbursement amt .Kindly Look into this matter on urgent basis. Another issue is I have changed my Bank A/C and I am sending a Cancel Cheaque attached with this letter of New Bank A/C to update you sir in PF Dept.

My Self Arup Ganguli, Address : Islampur, Uttardinajpur,

Online Epf claim rejected due to employers put wrong date of exit.

many times call & mail employers but till now no response & correction .
