Coal india IPO Refund


I had applied for 400 shares in coal india IPO through manual form. LinkInTime web site showing 199 share allocated againt my application number. Now I am waiting for my remaining refund. As of today 16th Nov 2010, the money is not refunded back to my accound. Please provide me the refund status

Applied for 100 shares of Coal India vide application no. 25876871, dated 20/10/2010. drawn on IDBI Bank Ltd, Renukoot. The cheque has been duly cleared from my account on 26/10/10 for Rs 24500/. I have not received any shares nor i have not received any refund till date...
