there is no company in india who will ask us to bring photograph on first day of interview photographs are demanded in case we get selected. but these people take photo on first day itself then they call next day again sayin that they r gonna conduct second round of interview. un first day they will never tell u that they will take u to field to test ur skills but on second day suddenly they say that now we going to take u for field testing. they have bunch of people all set in different locations. and then they kidnap them and send them to hell.
they take resume and photo of ours and these two things are enough to make duplicate passport n visa in one night.

From this mail i could make out that they make u work in charity department where ull have to collect money from people fr charity by going frm door to door both in offices as well as in residential areas. ull be given a sentimental script about underage girls prostitutes, child labour etc which ull have learn n recite in front of people everyday till u wll be there in d company.this job is purely commission based, these [censored]ers want to attract youth by showing thse high pay bands as shown in this mail.

And he asked "that's it?" you didnt find anything else?? im guessing he mustve been talking abt all the calls for fraud. so if an asst. owner knows abt it, he's only doing it to con more ppl. Sorry mate, you can only give pep talk from your script. He wrote "chelsey" on the whiteboard for the futbol club. sheesh. these people are really low quality.

Today I got a call from Karma Co and I am asked to come down for an Interview tommorow(11th July 2009) for the position of "HR Execuitive". When asked about their website the only thing that female told me is to go through the website of Cobra Groups.
Was just googling out for more info on this Karma Co. when I came across this shocking blog. Please please help me out guys on the reliability of Karma Co.

It All Makes Sense.
The final day of the Australia & New Zealand Owners Meeting brought with it a certain ‘buzz' that I couldn't quite put my finger on...
After three days of meetings, I felt I could almost run a training session. There's no doubt that the new training system is going to take Cobra to the next level.
...but I still couldn't explain the ‘buzz'...
And talk about inspirational! Three days of learning about the challenges, the excitement, the possibilities, I found myself thinking, "Maybe I should become an IC."
...but the ‘buzz', what was it all about?...
Following the final meeting - at which Spencer Galbally discussed the remarkable success of David D'Agostino in Italy (click here to read all about it) - we headed off for dinner and a couple of drinks.
Then, upon our return, the ‘buzz' was explained...

Approaching 7.00pm, I found myself walking back to the conference rooms...
Suddenly, my jaw dropped. My eyes widened. My ears... almost bled.
My senses were assaulted by hundreds of people - chanting; yelling; screaming!
It was the NSW Mid-year Rally. I've seen less fire in the fans at a FA Cup final.
Oh, and did I mention the megaphones?
The intensity! The passion! The competitive nature! It didn't surprise me later to hear that Cobra makes around $500 million annually in sales. $500 million!
But the sheer enthusiasm and personality of the group wasn't the most memorable part of the night for me.
That came in the form of the Paralympic video presentation and the interview between Anthony Tarquini and inspirational Paralympic hero, Heath Francis.
What a story! Something must have flown into my eye...
Everyone involved would have felt a strong sense of pride in knowing that without Cobra, it would have been a very different situation for the Paralympians.
The night was an overwhelming success. Congratulations to everyone who picked up an award (I saw some winners grab four!) and to the organisers. Seriously, well done!
Let me finish by pointing out that the rally answered my final question about Cobra...
How can a company consistently perform so strongly?
Well, it's the people! (sorry to sound soppy, but it's true!) With such an amazing group of passionate people, it's no wonder Cobra is such a resounding success.
Now, it all makes sense.
