thanks to guys those who have posted their views abt tat sucking comapny. I attended the first round and thinking of attending the second but iam saved by the comments given by these guys.

I got a call from Cobra 4 days back, went for 1st round got selected then again went for 2nd round which is kind of sales presentation, indeed its quite good to view how these people do their selling.
Finally I was interviewed by their Organisation Head who was extremely confident and was aware what he is doing.
at the end of day I got a call from their HR person (HR gals in these org are like babes) stating I was selected and need to join immediately.
After asking for my offer letter I got real vague answers which I never expected.
My earnest request to all who opened their hearts here and the ones who refer this platform is pls ask for offer letter first before joining any organisation be it Indian or MNC.
Companies like these take undue advantages and lure fresh graduates to work like slave.
FYI, these organisations continuously changes their names and even if you chck website of Cobragroup, you won't be able to find Cobras affiliates in India.
Guys n Gals people like these are on hunt, keep your eyes n ears open, India is big enough to provide jobs to all educated people.
Anyway you must have read Mr. Rahul Bajaj's comments...

Hi kumar, dey r not genuine dats y u wud not get clear answers from company itself, i mean look ur asking the cobra people2 answr ur querries wn d office people shud, des people hav ot no odr choice to work so dey defend quite "vigourously" haha dats anodr cobra affiliated so cald company, der is no transparency at all iv worked der fr a month, n des smal companies spread througout the cities call demselves MNCs!! i m sure uv seen the office infrastructure.when you go der dey will tell u wat cobra deals in energy, finacial, sports n NGOs n all but dey r jus DSAs for the big clients selling credit cards like commision agents, beg for charities or sell reliance big tv connections n dey will tell U HSBC n rliance r der clients proudly, der business heads n team leaders tell u various lies n techniques 2 gt customers, dey hav no ethical values.dey vl play music 4 an hour in mornin 2 pep u up n den send u out 2 beg n plead 2 ny person on designated terretory go to societies without permission try in others i[censored]r thrown out of 1after bein insulted nicly, b smart don waste ur tim, ask me if you hav ny doubts.i left d job n m now working in an actual US based MNC wich is providing me a rich actual work experience

2) I totally agree with this one as our expansion has been so rapid in the last 11 years
10 cities, 82 offices, 12 clients, 2200 people in a short time which was much more than we expected
We are resolving certain back end issues and soon we will achieve it
Can u imagine the power with minimal infrastructure we achieved so much how far can we go when we get it perfect .

Mr. Rahul, u acuire customers by hook or by crook a known acquaintance of mine worked in ur reliance big tv office i think its in karol bagh, he told me that dey used som fake practices to gt cuctomers n when he got the job mail he showd dat salary package was written between 2-4 lacs, how the [censored] cn u write that wn u work on commision basis so cald UK Profile, tel me.y dont u clearly tel in job posts that its commision based, this is , i was misguided to in my job post n der is no transparency in cobra i asked once an employee tell me wts uk profil, he got so scared as if the business head vl kill him if he told me, i was 3-4 dys old in the company den, transparency is v imp 4 any organisation n U jus don hav it no matr wat u say.anodr frn of min said dat his manager told him 2 lie if a donor askd wat is your business here the manaager told my frn to tell people dat ur doing summer intern 4 charities!!! he left d job nxt day, now u tel me wat u think, n mind u des r facts.u ppl don hv ny ethics watsoever.God bless u wit ur entreprenural venture or rather adventure.hav fun.

I have atmost respect for ur commitment n dedication, but about Big Tv case m not talkin about poor product or poor servic or customer complaint, the isssue was regarding the way customer is aquired the false lucky schemes to tempt customers to buy is what my frn hd a prob wit dts y he quit, ofcourse y wud big tv compalin? ur getting them business, n y wud U complain? ur making money out of it, n customer won complain coz they will feel that they was just not lucky enuf dts y din get the scheme benefits!! now dats v convinient 4U, no1 complaints.rit? the same issue with charities wher anodr frnof min was working was told straight by manager to tell people ur doin summer intern for charities!! n 2 others that we are doing CSR activity once a week on behalf of our company!! he was shoked he had a 3yrs prior work exp in Taj Group of hotels, N U must be knowing Tata are known worldwide for therir sound ethical values that are embedded in their business.if you r in a high position to enquire if such practices tak place, plz do.ull b shocked with the result.

Your clients will be anyway happy and won't mind much b'coz group is working like one of their DSAs and bringing in necessary end users and much needed revenue.
Don't use fluffy words like channel partners, clients and all that to confuse readers.
If you guys tell your future employees upfront while interviewing
1. They will work with the DSA's of big clients which you have mentioned.
2. They will work on commission basis and won'g get any salaries.
3. They won't get any offer letter while joining, forget about appointment letter.
Am sure no smart Alec will join the group if you guys are HONEST enough and describe above points while interviewing.
Don't commoflouge your lies to misguide others.
