Its become totally terrible that after such period of time it has not been received . Thats one problem, other than that company representative who books the consignment they phsically checks the consignment which was coupan in envolop. Considering the face value of envelop one are not supposed to open the consignment from envolop, which complies the charge against customer care court. Apart from that this is a repeated problem that i have experienced from our chennai-sholonganalur branch.
